is it possible to have the annotation tool like in adobe Acrobate?
Adding a maker or a pen for quick drawing.
And the possibility to make them visible or hide in the panel annotation.
all these to take quick annotation on the fly when getting debrief behind screen...

So I was right, notes can be hidden. I just forgot you can do it by shortcut if you bound it to proper menu item. And true, that would be convenient to have that 'eye' icon on the 'Annotations' panel next to 'Recycle Bin' icon, that would do the same just by click on.

It might be nice, annotations used to be post-it like inside the document area.
See how it used to work originally: https://designertoday.com/Tutorials/Photoshop/709/Annotating.a.file.Adobe.Photoshop.Tutorial.aspx
not sure on what prompted the change to a separate panel.
But your request meets also the request of non-printing groups, like guides, that could have different shapes, like in illustrator.

Ah right normally I don't use 'notes', but I assumed you can hide them easily. But no, you are right, you can not! I have no idea why I thought there is option for it, probably because it is so intuitive it should be there. Well, that's another good idea then!

Juste hide it. So you can work on you project without having icon note visible on an image.
And unhide it if you need to see them.

But what happens when you click that 'eye' icon? For now I see a text content in 'Notes' panel, so 'eye' icon is not needed to display that is already seen - it is why I am asking what else will be the result of clicking on that 'eye' icon?

yes maybe in the same panel it would be better.
As for the 'eye' icon, I put it as an improvement as it is not here yet.

Okey, that is good idea, however it is additional kind of annotations, that 'Scrawl' panel. So maybe better it would be to combine it into one together with 'Annotations' panel as mostly people would use both of them at same time I guess, not always though.

I don't see any improvement about regular 'Annotations' panel, is that maybe that little 'eye' icon next to recycle bin? I don't have it in my latest update CC 19.1.4, how that work when you click it?

i wanna improve the tool. adding pen annotation

here is what I mean =
A new panel for the annotation : "SCRAWL".
Its a tool like in acrobat ,where you can draw quickly annotation.
All this without making a artlayer in the layer panel.
It draws allover artboards and outside of it too.
In the panel there is the pen, the eraser, some color (maybe a color picker too) and a size ajuster.
It can be show or hide. An improve I also put on the normal annotation panel ( the one with text).

Probably I can't understand something. In other post you showed you know how to use annotations, so what do you mean now?
