Allow customisation of right click menu, like Photoshop

The right lcick menu in Premiere has become bloated, often not fully fitting on the screen and including waaaaay too many options.

The easiest and most verstaile fix is to allow customising this menu like in Photoshoop. Go and talk to the team there and implement it please.

Good idea. That would be helpful.

@MyerPjyes it is a very important menu which is why it deserves to not be crammed full of every option under the sun.

As I suggested, allowing customisation would please everyone, no reverberation there except reverberation of joy at everyone getting to have what they want, even if they keep it the same.

As I also said, there is precedent for this in Photoshop, so clearly it has worked before and this seems like an absolute no-brainer to implement.

Thanks @Stan Jones 🙂

Yes, it's a very important menu, and moving anything will no doubt reverberate through the Adobe user base, (IE: Here on the forums! 🙂  )

Maybe some sub menus on related items so the main menu is shorter.

@barnaby_4415,

Here's the post I think @MyerPj may be referring to:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-beta-discussions/the-properties-of-the-video-on-the-timeline-are-missing/m-p/14664351#M9415

This is an important context menu, and staff appear to agree it was too long. Making it customisable is appealing, but I wonder what other issues it might address.

There was some discussion of this in the Premiere Beta forum, with Adobe employees saying they were trying to shorten that up, but I couldn't find it for you. But you might have a look there.
