Now on Premiere Pro, right click menu at timeline panel with under 1200px height display, it shows as compact size mode I think. and I usually wants full size mode.(it works with over 1200px height) 1080px height default(compact size mode) full size mode I wantPhotoshop has both mode and it's switchable option.
I often have to move multiple layers of clips or still images and keep their position relative to each other. In AE and in PS I can select multiple layers and drag their position around freely, but in Premiere Pro, I can only drag one layer at a time. Bouncing to AE is not a solution for me because everything I work with needs to be timed with multiple layers of audio at all times. Nesting is not a solution for me because I need to be able to adjust each layer independently as well. This is a feature I would use (and did use in FCP) dozens of times every day! I really need this. Any chance it's coming in a future update?
Instead of using the slip tool to retime a clip in the middle of a sequence, I like to double clip the clip and slide the in/out region to another part of the source footage - the problem is that when I double click to open the clip in the source monitor it doesn't match if the scaling is different; e.g. if the source footage is 4k in a 1080 timeline then the source monitor will show a punched in version that is neither how it looks in the timeline OR how it looks if you press F or go to the source through the project panel. It would be good to have an option to change the default behaviour to show the clip as it looks in the program monitor in the source monitor
Afte many years staring at timelines in Premiere Pro, it has occurred to me why am I looking at so much dead space above and below the active tracks. It would be great to have a "fit to fill vertical" button that simply filled this space, either increasing or reducing clips as necessary (with maybe a small gap above and below). Would seem to be a fairly simple thing to implement.
Description: Add a Sequence > Apply Default Transition to All Sequences command to apply the default transition (e.g., 6-frame Cross Dissolve) to all clip junctions across all sequences in a project in one click. Benefit: Saves up to 18.7 minutes per project for 50 clips, streamlining storytelling workflows.
Just wondering (and maybe possible It exists and I don't know how to do this) - but why can you not do a render and replace using media encoder? I'm running into use cases where the CPU and GPU are not busy, and a render and replace running within Premier doesn't allow me to use premier, leaving tons of capacity in the system to do the render and replace as a background task. I would LOVE to see more ways to use ME to background process things like render and replace and any other suitable processes. hopefully other feel having this option would allow more work to get done when premier can remain usable while a background task runs. For example, here is how much CPU and resoures are beign used when I an doing a render and replace and a export to ProRES HQ at the same time of a 12 min clip. My system doesnt even feel this rendering... it would be really nice to have the option to render and replace with Media Enc
I noticed one thing that while working with a sync sound project the audio name is not coming for the speakers in the audio track while they talk so we don't know who is the one talking.so my suggestion is like to incorporate the settings in davinci resolve i am attaching the screenshots
Are there any plugins out there that allow you to import ogg files to Premiere? I just finished organizing tons of ogg files in different folders for a project not knowing premiere doesn't support it. And it will be a nightmare converting them all to wav or mp3 and reorganize the converted files. The only "plugin" I found was an unfinshed beta from over 10 years ago. Does anyone know any modern plugin that can help me?
I recognize that premiere cut core functionality of it's program, and refuses to restore it. I just wanted to leave a note to say that I work at a large University where we had been using the capture window for VTR training, and without it, we really no longer have a place for Adobe at all in production. This will represent a significant number of students being told directly to avoid Adobe software as they will remove core functionality, leaving past workflows impossible. We will be advising all future students towards Davinci Resolve for this reason.
请问应该如何更改回2024的颜色标签
There is an artist "Keyframe Audio" on Adobe Stock, when searching for music in the Essential Sound panel, who has crowded out various genres of music with AI spam. There should be an option to block any particular artist from being included in search results, to avoid these "artists" / parasites.
I'd like to reopen the discussion in the community about captioning by asking the Premiere development team if there is a plan in the pipeline to add animated captioning as a feature with auto captions. The text tools in premiere are awesome, and the auto captions tool does a great job with excellent accuracy, but with Resolve 20 adding auto captioning and cheap solutions like CapCut adding such powerful captioning tools, Premiere no longer feels like a one-stop shop for social video making. As a long-time user and enjoyer of Premiere, I would love to see this feature introduced sometime in the near future as its very quickly becoming more important for short-form content. Typical auto-captioning tools normally include these features:Word-by-word highlighting or backgroundsGrow effects on the current word being spokenautomated implementation of transition animationsfull customizability of effectsThank you for your continued support in this application, and I hope to see this feature imp
Can I change this order?
Let's try to connect Adobe Pro and premier Team with other clients, and create special solutions for local marketplace. There is alps many open position for marketing, Ads and other promotion. The way of success is to connect Proactive Partner with Adobe team and control App centre to integrate with others giant organisations
Let us have a especific folder to save the media files, as a side car makes a mess on my organisation, and in the cache files will eventually get deleted as that folder has a lot of other unused files.
Any chance to add Finnish for supported language for transcribing and translating in near future?
I suspect Adobe are aware of this, but adding my voice here in the hopes that others will too, since working with auto-transcribed closed captions is a pretty poor experience. Auto-generated captions often introduce so many errors, they barely save any time, and it's safer overall to manually caption videos to avoid difficult-to-spot mistakes. Poor and inconsistent orthography: Sentences often do not begin capitalised. Ends of sentences often have commas where there should be full stops, random commas appear mid-sentence etc. Captions containing multiple speakers: Often, a single caption block will contain the words of two speakers as if a single sentence.Arbitrary/Inconsistent caption clip breaks: It's not unusual to have the first word of a sentence on its own, followed by two full lines of dialogue. Often, caption blocks extend well beyond the end of the dialogue. Gaps can appear between caption clips ever where there is no gap in dialogue.Arbitrary/Inconsistent line
You should be able to duplicate a sequence and dictate what the next name should be. So instead of myroughcut_v01 going to myroughcut_v01 copy. You should be able set rules. so you can change it could change to something like, myroughcut_v02. Or if you have Client_SPOTNAME_v_1.5_20250714 you could have it go to Client_SPOTNAME_v_1.6_20250714. Thanks!Jason
Is there any way you can cache the clip thumbnails? it takes so long time for the pictures to show up inside the folders?
Would love to have this feature on thaumbnails.
Feature request:Nested groups should be expandable on the timeline rather than nested into a seperate sequence - or the option to do both should be available. Or there should be a different feature called "timeline group" or somtehing, whereby you can group clips on the timeline and expand or collapse on the timeline whenever you choose. Workflow example: I am working on a music video with a live recording of the track with mics for different instruments and vocals. Each is recorded onto a seperate track.I then recorded the musicians playing the song over the recorded track with no mics just through the camera - and this needs to be synce'd to the pre-recorded live track. The idea is to have certain elements of the pre-recorded track become louder as the camera comes closer to the subject, for example the cello on the pre-recorded track can be bumped up when the cellist is closest in shot, giving the sense that the recording is live and giving a sense of space despite the sou
Please add "media file properties" option too on the timeline
It would be great, amazing, wonderful to have a sync tool that worked for a whole sequence. Every time I have to rely on other softwares to sync materials.Do you have any plans or a prediction to have it on Premiere?
After 2 hours with Adobe, and a special "Team" of humans helping, I finally learned how to enlarge the Captions Track, which by defualt, is so tiny, I can't see the words. It makes it much harder to edit.1) After adding your captions track (C1)2) You have to add TWO MORE EMPTY TRACKS. Yep3) Drag your Timeline Window Very, Very High (like 2/3 up) and finally you'll see4) The Little Bar (far right next to the C1,C2, C3) Which will allow you to drag / ENLARGE C1 (captions)5) Then you'll just have to adjust the window, tracks, etc, to get the sizes you want.* It's obvioulsy something Adobe hasn't thought of or fixed yet. It should be easy to do, the same as the video or audio tracks, by pulling the line up that separates the audio/video/captions track. Sample below, where you can see the words much more easily
On a project where I have recorded interviews with one camera, my workflow is to go through the footage and make subclips for each topic or comment from the subject. From there, I can build a sequence from the subclips.I'm now working on a project where the interviews were shot from two camera angles. I would like to be able sync the cameras in a multicam sourcfe sequence and then make subclips from that, then build the sequence and choose camera angle as needed once the subclips are in the final sequence. I'm open to other workflow ideas. As of now, I'll probably be placing and labeling markers in the multicam source sequence. Then use the markers as the indication of the begining of and ending of the segement I want to use.
