Interpreting 1.33 Anamorphic Footage Not Working at all

I've done plenty of projects using the footage modify features to interpret to a 1.33 HD Anamporphic ratio, but it's not working anymore in 2025. Is this a known bug?

      What is not working?

      If the footage is anamorphic as in HDV (1440x1080) it should set itself automatically to 1,33.

      Does Premiere not see the anamophic flag?

      Post screenshot mediainfo of clip in Treeview and sequence settings.

      Post OS and computer specs.
