It does not exist in Photoshop, which is an image editor, but sometimes the volunteer scripters can write scripts to do things that are not part of the application.

Adobe Aero, where you posted, was a virtual reality application and cannot do this. 

Did you use the link I gave you and ask in the Photoshop forum?
