Bridge updates forcing Windows 11

Creative Cloud tells me there is an update to Bridge - V16.0.5

Great except it is not compatible with Windows 10

This is effectively forcing users to ‘upgrade’ to Windows 11 despite Microsoft extending support for Windows 10 for another year.

Trying ‘customer support’ is a waste of time - 3 rounds of chatbot followed by someone copying and pasting platitudes of a script whilst simultaneously ignoring your request is not ‘support’

Can support for Windows 10 please be extended until at least Microsoft stop supporting it?

I’ve just come off the phone from Tech Support.

You don’t need to update if you don’t want to, the existing and indeed several of the earlier releases remain active and available and in fairness to adobe they are good at this.

You only need to update if you want some of the new features but in the mean time everything you currently have will remain working. It is really a question of whether or not you want / need any new bits.
