Build a version of Photoshop that is totally NON subscription for a one-off permanent ownership!!

I think this idea is pretty obvious and speaks for itself and will be seconded by many. Many who are bloody sick tired of your subscriptions and do not need or want and changes to the GUI

Adobe Aero, where you posted, was a free mobile app.

Adobe is unlikely to reverse themselves on subscription plans. Microsoft, Bitdefender, and Quicken are a few apps that are also subscription, plus a lot of plugins are subscription.

We never had ownership, btw. What we had back then was a perpetual license to use the software according to the terms of the manufacturer.

Okay posted in a wrong thread my bad But what I meant was a broad protest against all subscriptions! Before audition was a subscription thing I bought a Audition v3 DVD and at the guts of €300 I thought I had it for good. But oh no; one day it just wouldnt launch at all & I dont believe its a bit fair that that happened. So I loathe & detest subscription services from that black day on & forever Adobe be cursed for it

When you bought your perpetual license for Audition v. 3 nineteen years ago in 2007, it would work as long as you were on the same computer and same OS. Changing your setup can stop older apps from working.

If you are asking for all Adobe apps to release perpetual licenses, you might consider posting to the Creative Cloud Desktop forum:

Personally, I can’t imagine that Adobe will go back to perpetual licenses, but they will see your post on that forum. While you specified Photoshop, I’m sure you’re aware that any given Adobe app has to work within the Adobe’s framework.
