Expand the range of color labels in Bridge and ACR, and add Label & Rating Toolbar

Expand the range of color labels in Bridge and now ACR to match the color choices available in colorizing image layers in Photoshop in the Layers panel.
And add a tool bar in Bridge (at the bottom) and in the new grid view in ACR for assigning a color label and numerical rating to an image or set of images in one click. Such a toolbar can be added to Bridge with the third party Script Utility Pack.
