Hi Abdullah, I am a volunteer who does not work for Adobe and cannot assist with billing.

When you purchase from Apple, Adobe is not involved with collected or refunding payments. Here’s the link for Apple support:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428?device-type=mac

If you want to hear from Adobe staff, you can try the Account, Payment, & Plan forum. Most likely they will say the same thing.

https://community.adobe.com/account-payment-plan-4

Staff is identified as “Community Managers” and have the Adobe logo on their avatar. They can look up your account by your Adobe ID. Volunteers are identified as “Community Experts”.

Adobe Aero, where you posted, was free. What did you subscribe to?

Hi Jane,

sorry I wasn’t aware where this has been posted as I was on the phone with Apple support and they were walking me through a resolution.

I have subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Premium as a trial which ended up being yearly subscription and was unable to cancel it due to forgetting my Apple ID password and being locked out of my Apple ID during the recovery process. Now that I have regained access I have canceled it however the charge has gone through. Could you please be of any assistance with this refund recovery process?

Abdullah
