Remove the "+ Create" button on Adobe Acrobat

The "+ Create" button on Adobe Acrobat is a useless feature that takes up valuable real estate on the header for tabs, dragging the window, etc.

I am familiar with this link from many other threads but the link is faulty. The link (screenshot below) leads to the teams and conditions, but there is no further form or link to actually provide the feedback. If you have any suggestions on how to make this form work or why I am seeing the below, I am all ears….
