Ik heb een account gemaakt voor Adobe Express in mijn browser. Ik probeer het product te kopen maar elke keer als ik Ideal als betaaloptie kies blijft het betaalprogramma maar laden en lukt het mij niet om af te rekenen. Ik heb het daarna nog een keer geprobeerd maar dan via de Adobe Express applicatie in mijn taakbalk, hierbij precies hetzelfde probleem. Het betaalprogramma wil niet doorladen tot wanneer ik kan afrekenen. Ik heb dit nu ook al een paar dagen herhaald. Ik probeer dit nu op mijn telefoon te kopen en hierop krijg ik een 14 dagen free trial en op mijn computer een 30 dagen free trial??? Ik ben heel erg in de war hierover. Graag hoor ik hier meer over.

I forgot to cancel two of my free trials and they turned into paid plans. It automatically charged me. I cancelled them within 14 days, how long does it usually take for a refund to happen?

So I took the adobe 7 day free trial for a college project but never used any product. Before the trial ended I tried cancelling the plan but they did not let me. I contacted customer care and asked them to cancel my plan and delete my account but he was of no use. So the only way for me to escape this trap was to remove my payment details and so I did. This was december 2024. On the month of january I received emails from them saying I need to update my payment details as they were not able to charge me. I also received sms regarding failed transactions. I knew they would do this and it was a good thing I removed my payment details. At the same time I again tried cancelling my plan or deleting my account but they did not let me. I knew they had me trapped. But why worry, I removed my payment details right? Yea thats what I thought and yes in my adobe account the details are not there and a alert dialog is visible saying to update my payment details. Until today, February 14th I receiv

After I received confirmation email that my subscription has been cancelled on 11th of April I got charged 5.14EUR on 15th of April and Adobe tried charging an additional 23.99USD on same day, 15th of April, but luckily for me I didn’t have enough funds that day. 

When I enter my adobe account page, I get an error popup saying “Unable to load plans”.I has been this way for a couple of days already.I have tried:- clearing my adobe cookies-opening in incognito window-making sure my browser is up to date (using google chrome) This is REALLY frustrating, any help would be appriciated.  

Started annual free trial on 22/04, cancelled in the free trial period on the 23/04 however have been charged $47.99 on the the 01/05. How can I dispute this to revive a refund? I have a confirmation from adobe on the 23/04 confirming the subscription has been cancelled.

I am a teacher and used to get the discount code applied on my account but recently it changed without my knowlegdge and Im now paying the full £66 per month. If I want to cancel I have to pay the cancellation fee so I wondered if it was possible to just apply my teacher status back onto my acccount?Would it be possible to reactivate my teacher discount and re-imburse me for the months that I have been paying the full cost?

Why cant I just cancel my subscription, I dont have the money to pay for it right now. This is a 22$ a month plan that if I cancel 12 days before I get charged, it will require me to pay 4 and a half months of service that I dont get and cant afford 91$,  no I did not buy the yearly this is a monthly plan that they refuse to let me cancel untill the last 3 days of the month, Absolutly rediculous this is exactly what unity practically tried doing but on a whole different scale of robbery because when you get charged 91$ you dont even get to use it for the next 4 and a half months if I was some one who could make a good argument I would sue them on this!

I have had an annual Adobe account for 20+ years. I took up a 7 day free trial of CreativeIt clearly did not do what I had hoped so I cancelled the trial within the 7 day period and thought no more. I trusted Adobe.In January I found that Adobe had been collecting £24.95 from my account for four months.I lost my card and changed the number. I was contacted by Adobe saying they could not collect my annual payment so I gave my new one and that payment went through.I then had messages saying they could not collect the monthly payment for the Creative that I had cancelled. Escribo por aquí ya que el chat y los teléfonos no me han ayudado y no responden. Realice la cancelación de la prueba y ya me habían cobrado el último día. Solicité el reembolso pero aunque me dijeron que ya estaba efectuado, no es así. Hablé a mi banco y tuve que meter aclaración porque a ellos no les aparece nada acerca de esa devolución, esto ya tiene casi un mes y no veo el reembolso del mismo.

Hello - I have the basic 19.99$ plan per month (is about 21.59$ with tax). I have been getting charged not once or twice a month, but three times. I am only using one email. I get hit on the 5th, 12th, and 13th of each month and I have tried contacting Adobe help support.Has anyone had this issue before? Would it be best to cancel my subscription and repurchase at a later date? Thank you!

I have two account and I have canceled my plans on both of them [triple checked everything]. I have also paid a fee for canceling earlier but somehow Adobe still charges me money for a plan I don't even have access to anymore. I have tried to reach actual support but the AI bot says I need to have a plan in order to talk to an agent, which only confirms that my plans are canceled. I have blocked the payments with my bank operator because they are absolutely unauthorized and I want my credit card information removed permanently from Adobe.
