Flash Player (read-only)

Operating System - El Capitan (10.11.6)Web browser - Safari 10.0Adobeflashplayer_23_aI download the latest version from the Adobe Website.I click Install Now.I click on the downloaded version from my download menu.The Adobe Flash Player Installer starts.I double click Install Adobe Flash Player.I type in my computer's password to enable me to install.After just a few seconds, the message Adobe Flash Player Application Initialization Error appears.The only option is Finish.I tried uninstalling the previous version of Flash, but that has not changed anything.

Since updating to Flash player 30.0.0.113 our Windows 7 PC's are no longer able to view Skype Broadcast events.  Reverting the PC back to an older Flash version resolves the issue.  Though as you can imagine this is not a path we want to take for multiple reasons. We've already opened a premier support case with Microsoft about this issue.  They've confirmed this is a Flash issue, but claim they have no way of interfacing with Adobe directly and asked us to open a case with Adobe.  Since I was unable to find a way to open a support case with Adobe I'm posting this here in hopes that someone from Adobe can assist.  I have contact info for Microsoft engineers who worked with us on this issue whom are ready to work with Adobe if needed.  Likewise if someone from Adobe can provide me a non public method of communication I can share a link to a broadcast so you can see the issue yourself.  I've already tried the EnableInsecureByteArrayShareable and EnableI

When you watch live on the Sports page and scroll down the screen, the player area moves down to the bottom of the right screen. I hve installed flash player(several times) and it will not work.  programs using it tell me to install it...but it IS..I can see it in my programs list.  I have tried ev everything in adobes suggestions.  none work.  I cannnot acess my Exfintiy or any games on Facebook.  This stipid program has screwed up everything!!  All of which worked last week!!  How do I fix this?

In a company as big as Adobe one would think they could protect their customers from getting viruses when downloading their products. This is so frustrating.

Hi,I have tried downloading and updating the flash player on my windows 10 laptop and for some reason it won't work for the site that I am trying to use it for. I have restarted my laptop a few times and downloaded the flash player about 10 times and its not working. I have changed all the settings on chrome and microsoft edge to allow flash player access and nothing seems to work. Please help me. I need to complete a course by the end of the day.

My system is Windows 10 Creator Update 64 bitMy web browser is Edge version 42.17134.1.0Flash Player version 30.0.0.154I know that Flash Player is integrated into Edge. I use Edge to access Rosetta Stone Language Learning. Every time I start a learning session, the program wants to do a check on the headset/microphone. When I click "Continue" to proceed with the test a window pops up for me to set the Flash Player settings.This window pops up every time. Even though I click on "Allow" and "Remember", it allows the access, but it never remembers this setting. I am constantly having to go through this every time I start a learning session. I've downloaded the trial version of Adobe Animate CC and before I begin the process of making an interactive presentation with it, I want to ask the following question: do you HAVE to have Internet connection to open a .swf file in a browser? We want to present this to people who might not have access to internet connection on a laptop/PC but have a browser available. Bad enough that Firefox blocks Flash every time Flash updates - but Adobe seems to think I want McAfee installed by default during its update installation. UNACCEPTABLE! I've yet to find a way to prevent it.(And now there's also something called True Key installed? What is this crap that I've NOT OK'd?

A windows update just occurred on my computer on 8/14. When it was done I received a notice that Flash player needed to be updated. I save the install file to my desktop and when I tried to run the install file I received the below message. Everything worked ok before the windows up date, does anyone have any idea on how to fix this issue.

Shockwave Flash keeps crashing on me every time I attempt to use it. On some websites it'll start loading then it'll go black and say "Shockwave Flash has crashed" and I don't know how to fix it. Whenever I go to watch a show when it gets to the ad in the middle, the video will freeze and tell me that Adobe Shockwave stopped working. This only happens on a couple sites but I can't seem to find a fix for it. I'm currently using Google Chrome and would like to continue doing so. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Google on both affected devices but it only works temporarily. There are work arounds that work mid video but I would like to solve the issue and not worry about it. I only noticed this after I updated Chrome.Edit: Adobe Shockwave no longer works at all on affected sites.
