Flash Player (read-only)

I'm not having any trouble, I couldn't find a way to e-mail Adobe so I chose this option.I don't want to click on this e-mail so I did a couple screen shots to show the whole e-mail (except for my personal info), and trashed it. While this looks convincing it was sent to an e-mail address I never have registered with Adobe. This is not how I receive update info, and my Flash Player is up to date. Very sketchy.

I wanted to report a problem with the latest Adobe Flash update.I received notice Wednesday, 2/21/18, that Flash had an update. So I did it. But unfortunately, did not see/notice that that particular update came bundled with elements that compromised my search engine, installed Adware software I did not want, and essentially created bad processes internet processes. It took me almost 3 hours to disable, remove, and frankly destroy all the elements mentioned above, as well as it costing me a program to allow me to uninstall, delete, and remove said elements.I was furious!

we have an application name Storyline which we have trouble running it . We tried contacting vendor and they found out it is the issue with flash player on system. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling flash couple of times, but no luck. I'm trying to update my flash player on Linux. I've downloaded both .tar.gz and .rpm for Linux 64-bit (version 28.0.0.161), but neither file is readable as the filetype they are supposed to be (the 'file' command returns 'data', instead of 'gzip compressed data' and 'RPM v3.0 bin', respectively).Is there something going on with these packages? After create .swf file we cant able to run it from windows Explorer and from Google Chrome also....We installed Flash player from adobe site but its not working.....Not showing flash player in system also

I have Windows 7 64-bit. I followed the steps in installing Flash on 64-bit for Internet Explorer. However, in some cases I need Flash to work on my 32-bit Internet Explorer and it simply isn't working. I downloaded the manual (silent) flash installer which was 64 bit and the site states that when you install the 64 bit version, the 32 bit installer will also be installed. This is correct, however when I go to for example a flash site it won't work in my 32-bit Internet Explorer. The thing that confuses me is that it shows up in my add-ons in 32 bit Internet Explorer and it is enabled but nothing that requires flash works! Does anyone have a solution please, because I have tried everything, including using the uninstaller and downloading a variety of versions. Thanks.

I figured out that by running install_flash_player_28_active_x.exe with the -install switch, it performs a clean, silent install.  Only problem is that it installs with the "Allow Adobe to install updates" option enabled.  I need to deploy it with the "Never check for updates" option selected.  How do I do that?  I searched the admin guide and this forum and haven't found the answer.

Salve,ho google chrome e uso flash player,ho windows 10 ma da circa una settimana sia su facebook e sia su youtube molti video se voglio guardarli mi risultano neri e si sente solo l'audio,(su facebook tutti,su youtube una parte). ho provato a togliere google chrome e usare firefox o direttamente explorer e i video che con chrome non si vedono con questi altri motori di ricerca si vedono tutti senza problemi, ma usando un pc di un mio amico che ha google chrome i video si vedono tutti senza problemi, ho già provato a cancellare i cookie e ad andare a impostazioni e attivarlo su flash ma il risultato e sempre lo stesso,ripeto mi fa solo con chrome questo problema da una settimana circa e vorrei tenere chrome perche e piu veloce rispetto ad altri motori di ricerca, spero possiate darmi qualche consiglio utile

I have tried different things that a lot of members posted here in this forum. So far nothing work in Microsoft Edge with Adobe Flash. The other program with YouTube doesn't work as well because of Adobe Flash as well.  I have tried different troubleshooting for Adobe Flash to work but more likely the problem lies with Microsoft Edge. I did check to see if Adobe Flash Player enable and show me the picture of tree in Adobe Flash Player test. What else can you think of this problem for Adobe Flash. Might have to contact Microsoft for this.Let me know about this.Thank you,John

Ok first not sure where to post this but, thought here would be a good start. I am using OBS to capture my desktop and stream it to a video server at listen2myradio I end up with an rtmp which is what I put in OBS and connect with.. all works well - i end up with a page I can access from listen2myradio that shows my stream. I am wanting to put the stream on my own website as an .swf If I inspect the listen2myradio stream page area - I find in media the .swf link but, simply copy and paste this to another browser page does not work.. its like it only work in that one page and is not good to me like that. I need to end up with a way to have the direct url to the swf which will show my rtmp stream what am I missing or not doing - Im NOOB to this so please be gentle... I have some links to some similar .swf stream that works and I have a flash decompiler that I used to try and look at how they are set up to work - but, over my heard to be honest and the stuff I searched for in the code wa

I use a laptop that's a few years old but whatever website I try to download Adobe Flash Player from it gets to step 2 of 3 but doesn't go any further. I have checked to see if I have an older version of player on my laptop but can't see any mention of it. I'm running on Windows 7 and have tried to select both Opera and IE but still can't get it to download. Any ideas?

Greetings,I am using the Chromium browser (63.0.3239.108 (Developer Build) Fedora Project (64-bit)) on a new install of Fedora Workstation 27.Following the directions provided in the ReadMe file that accompanied the tar.gz download from Adobe, I unpacked the .tar.gz file and copied and pasted all of them into /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/ . I then re-launched Chromium, but the page in question still asserted that Flash Player was not installed.  I then examined Chromium's settings and was informed that Flash was not installed so far as Chromium was concerned. I then restarted the computer and once it completed its restart I tried Chromium again, but it still does not recognize the presence of Flash Player in Fedora.Obviously I need some help and guidance in overcoming whatever this issue between Flash Player, Fedora and Chromium is, but I simply do not know how to troubleshoot it properly.  Can someone please help me?Thank you!        &n

Hello,for like two weeks, whenever i use this website (https://xat.com), the flash player keeps crashing randomly. As a result of that i'm not able to start the chat box anymore, it's just frozen (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/i69ve5). The browser i use is Opera: 50.0.2762.67  (it doesn't happen with others browsers)The flash version i use is: 28.0.0.137To solve this i do either reinstall flash player and restart browser or i can remove the files in appdata/adobe/flash player.However both of this options are dumping all flash files and it still keeps crashing, so the fix doesn't last for too long.What else could i do? This is really very annoying.Thanks.

The install instructions call for after download to go to security in Safari 11 preferences and allow plug ins.  But that option is missing

I am trying to install flash player on my mac (10.12.6) and it gives me a user name and asks for the password.  I have no idea what the password is and there is no option to change my password - how do I fix this?
