Flash Player (read-only)

I am running Windows 10 and using the Edge browser to go to the website www.proctoru.com.  The website tests my system to see if it will work for a college exam and comes back with Adobe Flash is not installed or blocked.  So I check permissions, and I have granted the website www.proctoru.com the ability to run Adobe Flash, I check SETTINGS in Edge like the Adobe website suggests and Adobe Flash is turned ON.  There is no puzzle piece in the far right of the address bar for Proctor U's website and there is no splash message on the bottom of the screen that asks to allow anything. Nothing is working yet everything is turned on and given permission to run.  Besides downloading a fourth browser to my computer is there anyway to make this program work like it was supposed to?

I've looked at other forums tried their suggestions and tried so many different things i have to have this for school like ow or i'm going to fail. I save the file i run the file it pops my browser back up saying step 3 of 3 and step 3 is an advertisement to buy more stuff through adobe, it does not provide a skip option, nor a no thank you option if you click on it it forces you to a page to enter you card and billing info. Adobe flash player never finishes setting up, i'm so beyond frustrated at this point.

Hi,I am experiencing some difficulties with the update 4074595 (and former updates). I am using WSUS in my organization and updates are generally working fine. But now I found out that my 1709 Clients are still running on Flash 27.0.0.130In WSUS I can see that update 4074595 has been downloaded and approved. Nevertheless the clients are not downloading the newer Version. When I approve other updates, the client downloads and installs them (e.g. Office).  I tried "resetauthorization" and I deleted "Software Distribution" in one case, but that did not lead me to success. Can you please lep me or give me any hint what to do next?GreetingsHerb

I just got a new computer and can't activate, download or install Flash. I keep getting the message: “install_flash_player_osx-3.dmg” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash." This happens no matter how I try to download and install, and whether it's Safari or Firefox. Currently have Mac OS High Sierra v.10.13. Could someone tell me where to find this specific install file?I need to be able to put it on a USB-stick and install it then on the other computer -we are doing research and need our computers the be identical. I have exactly the same problem - Flash and Edge are fine, Chrome only plays audio. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled both chrome and flash and reset and followed instructions on the Chrome help page multiple times. My efforts have come to nothing!

I have the same issue, and no matter what settings i do, i always get Shockwave flash plug in is not responding. HelloI have followed instructions online (google / youtube etc) on how to download a flash game so it can be played offline, and I have managed to download the .swf file to my PC.When I launch the downloaded file the game starts and I get the main page of the game, however when I select one of the sub games form the menu all I get is a blue background of the game, and nothing else. Hello,It seems running Flash on the below combination of Chrome and Flash, the privacy popup no longer shows. Without this popup, the camera application for a program I run is not working. The camera area remains blank.
