Fresco

I have been working the whole morning  and  the app suddenly closes,  now I cannot open it. I have tried restarting the ipad, deleting and redownloading the app but haven't get any solution. I cannot open the app anymore, in addition I think I have lost all my morning work because there is not sign in "Adobe cloud" ... What do I should do?  

Hello! I use Adobe Fresco on my iPad Pro (12.9 inch) Model Number 13.5.1 It suddenly crashed while I was painting and I have not been able to open Fresco properly since. It stays on screen for about a second then crashes and brings me to my home screen. I have uninstalled Fresco, restarted my iPad and checked the Creative Cloud app. All my files are there, but much lower quality than I would have liked. I am unable to use Fresco at all, as it goes no further than the app logo or loading screen artwork. Nothing else has a chance to load before it crashes. I have attached a screen recording of this. Something I have noted is when I restart my device, Fresco stays open long enough for me to see my files and enter one of them. However, it then crashes and goes back to crashing instantly every time I open the app. I thoroughly enjoy using Fresco as it has such a wide variety of options to paint with, even in its free version! Hello, I have had fresco for about 5 months and it has worked perfectly until this morning. I am using it on a iPad Pro 2 with plenty of storage. Whenever i tap the fresco icon to open it, the home screen appears for a second and then disappears. I was able to get into fresco once for a few seconds but again it disappeared. Thanks,Sean

I can't launch Fresco - I have deadline please help. I thought it was a maybe a cloud memory problem and bought more but still not working. I have updated app, restarted nothing has worked so far.

Soooo...the latest update came out and they still aren't supported? What the hec. Any news about when it will be finally supported? I've looked at all the posts but I can't seem to find something as recent as the recent update.

So I was wondering if there was a setting to give watercolors a canvas texture.  I love using the watercolors but they still look fake because there's no canvas texture.  The Oil brushes have a texture, but not the watercolors.  Is there a setting that I'm missing?

Hi, Can someone give me some advice, I am trying to download Fresco on my Lenovo Laptop - It's also a touchscreen tablet hence why i want this programme.  When I download it says "Upgrade needed, You must upgrade/update your system to install Fresco. Please check the following  - Adobe Fresco is not yet compatiable with your device. " Is there anything I can do as i fear its because it thinks my latop is a regualr desktop, not one with tablet mode.  Any advice is great as i cannot believe i have finally found and alternative to procreate  as i dont use apple products.  Thanks all 

Hello everybody! Okay, so I'm typing this while crying because i just lost a day's worth of work.. haha. Does anybody know if Fresco saves work when you don't have a subscription? The app on my iPad saved literally all the test files that i used but not the one art piece i worked on all day... Some advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks. 🙂

I noticed that Fresco premium is included in the single Photoshop app plan. I subscribe montly to the Phototgraphers Plan which includes both PS and Lightroom. Anyone know why then Fresco wouldn't be included in that as well?

It would be nice to see a varity of different colors in the swatches palette, and be able to use the hex values to pick my own swatches.

I recently downloaded Adobe Fresco and after having a few problems signing in due to not being able to have access, I was finally able to get into the app itself and decided to import some of my Adobe Sketch files to Fresco. However, when I chose one of the files to download, I always have this error message popping up: "Something went wrong. Please try again later" after barely having any progress. I tried signing out and re-signing back in, even trying the tutorials before importing my files in, and also re-syncing that same file into Fresco, but no success. I've attached a screenshot of the error.    

I didn't know where to write about it to show what Im dealing with in fresco however I choosed here.So one of important features that I didn't find in fresco was the ability to insert shapes, drawing a simple line and these kind of thing. It forced me to use Ai many times in the middle of the work. And typing feature also too.The atmosphere of Fr would be ideal for many kind of people and one of them like me is graphic designers who try to make posters and many other thing with digital paintings and those stuff, actually I believe that this product has to cover the features a graphic designer need for making a poster or typography or logo.And the other feature that I really feel none existence of it is the color blender brush tool in Ps cause it was so usefull in many ways.I dont know what is your policy about fresco but from my point of view as a surface user (said that to clear that I work with windows os) I realy love to only use fresco insted of illustrator and photoshop for some o

I love Fresco, which replaced Procreate in a single day.  One thing I thought would be really cool is the ability to adjust the scale of the texture for some of the pixel brushes like pencil, pastel, etc. Now sure if there already is a way to do it, if so, please let me know. Thanks again!

 I couldn't find any information on whether Fresco is supported on any of the ConceptD line laptops even though they are powerful workhorses for creators. Will the upcoming Acer ConceptD 3 Ezel or any of the ConceptD laptops be supported on Fresco? I'm debating whether or not to invest in that or a Surface Book 3. Thanks!

Can you import a photograph into Fresco to work with. Can it change it to a sketch, to paint on. 

Hello, I have a new 2020 Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 7390 with Watcom Pen support and 10 Gen Intel processors.  The laptop is on par or better than Surface Pro 7, but it is not supported and the surface is.  WHY?  Please just add my computer to the list.  This is quite a popular 2-in-1 and I'm sure I'm not the only user that would like to use Fresco on their new Dell with Wacom EMR.    

When I use the hard pastel at high resolution, a repeating patterns shows up. Is there any way to prevent this?

Been having this issue with it for the past hours, not sure what's wrong with it. Ever since the new update its been acting up, attached is a clip which clearly shows the problem. Anyone else having the same issue?

Hi!Im on my iPad trying to open an old PS file in Adobe Fresco. I want to rework it. The file is from the cloud. When I try to open it is says it needs to be converted to RGB from CMYK to be opened in Fresco. It suggests opening it in Photoshop and using Image>Mode>RGB. Which would be fine, but I don't have my computer with me. And so I tried to open it in photoshop for iPad. It opens, but there doesn't seem to be a way to convert it to RGB. I thought maybe it did it automatically so I tried re-saving it. But that doesn't work either. Does anyone know a workaround or way I can convert this photoshop file to RGB to open in Fresco using solely the iPad?

Hello! Is there an easier way to choose colors in Frescofor iPad? I’ve used the eyedropper and color picker icon but I find that it slows me down until I’m spending 2-3x more time on a project than when I’m in Ps desktop and can just click alt real quick. I really wish I could tap my thumb on the circular tool like I do to pick the eraser and then drag to the second circle to a quick eyedropper that would allow me to sample whatever color I tap next. Is this already a feature and I’m missing it or is this something that can be implemented? 

Hello, guys! I keep having this problem of exporting my Fresco files as PSD, transferring to my computer then opening in Photoshop with glitches all around. How is the proper way of exporting? What would you suggest to ensure proper file export? At the moment, I wish Fresco should have at least a status bar during this process. Thanks!
