Lightroom Classic

Since the latest Lightroom Classic update, I’m experiencing a bug when exporting files.Workflow:1. Open catalog with DNG files edited by a collaborator2. Save metadata (Cmd/Ctrl + S)3. Export JPEGs in high resolution to the same folder4. Use “Export → Format: Original” to copy those JPEGs to a new external folder (not added to catalog)Issue:In this last step, Lightroom randomly generates .acr sidecar files for some images in the destination folder.Important:- This did NOT happen before the update- Source folder does NOT contain any .acr files- It only happens when using “Format: Original”- It does NOT happen when exporting JPEG normally (low resolution or re-encoded)- It only affects some files, not allThis seems related to metadata writing or sidecar handling.System:- Lightroom Classic version: 15.3- OS: Mac 26.3.1 (25D2128)

When I attempt to synch new photos from my collection I get "synch error:. I have the collections set up to synch. I have paused synching in LrC, restarted my Win11 PC, restarted LrC but I still receive the same error. What other troubleshooting steps should I try?

Hello,I’m using Lightroom Class (15.2 release, Camera Raw 18.2) on a MacBook Pro (Tahoe 16.1).When in a folder in LRc it is only showing me images which are FLAGGED.  All filters are OFF but it is only showing me FLAGGED images.  In any other folder, it works fine.  If I turn on the filter “flagged” it shows me all the flagged images only.  If I click on “Filter off” it shows me the entire library (i.e. both flagged and unflagged images.)I’ve gleaned all I can from the web and followed all the “fixes” I can find with no joy.How can I change this folder to show me the entire library?Thank you in advance!Cheers.

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with the latest version of Lightroom CC on a MacBook M5 Pro running macOS Tahoe 26.5.1. (I was experiencing the same problem on 26.5 and decided to update hoping it would fix it, but unfortunately it didn't.)Since this morning, it's been impossible to to use Noise Reduction, even though my internet connection is working perfectly. I've already updated both Lightroom CC and macOS, cleared the cache, and optimized the catalog, but I keep getting this error screen whenever I try to use Noise Reduction.Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 🙏 

I swear that I have followed all of the different methods, tutorials, videos, and threads.  Yet, every time that I delete a photo from Lightroom Classic, it remains on my Hard Drive.  Sometimes, even when it specifically asks me if I want to delete it from the disk, it is still there.  This ends up with me doing a tedious cross referencing to figure out which photos need to be deleted from my Hard Drive, and which ones need to stay.Please, if someone knows exactly how to make Lightroom delete photos from all parts of Lightroom, and my hard drive, please explain it to me as if I have no intelligence at all.  I appreciate your help.  Thank you.

Hi everyone!I hope I didn’t miss any already existing bug / issue posts for this issue. Here’s the short version again:After upgrading to Lightroom Classic 15.2, I experience an increase in repeatable and reproducable freezes with following crashes. Hi, I am relatively new to Lightroom Classic. I just spent the last 2 days entering photo meta data, titles, captions, tagging people, locations, dates etc. To my large collection of family genealogy photos. All of it has disappeared?!?! I entered part of it again. And it’s disappeared?!?! I have been reading a few forums and it looks like other people are having similar problems. Does anyone have a solution? Isn’t Illustrators purpose to organize photos? I feel like I can’t trust it anymore and need to move onto a different program.  I appreciate any help you can give me,M

In the attached photo, most of the people were found. But, one very obvious person in the lower left is completely ignored. Any idea what’s going wrong here?  Lightroom Classic 15.0.1Macbook Pro running Tahoe 26.5.2 P.S. I should note that it’s not that critical on this photo since I can just change the aspect ratio and crop all of the people out. However, I would like to know if I’m doing something wrong so that I can get it right for other photos. P.P.S. Why does LRC keep asking me to relocate the photo files at random intervals?  It does this with so many of them so many times it is growing increasingly infuriating. What it displays in the grid view of almost all the files. 

A login window pops up every time I open the program. Please fix this issue, as it is incredibly annoying. 

How do I get the parent folder “Pictures” to see its subfolders? I get the message “subfolders are missing in this folder, please relink” but “Synchronize Folder...” has not helped.Thanks for your help!Francisco de Lacerda

I am trying to make a print to fit the dimensions of a mat I have already cut. In Page Setup I set the paper for 13 x 19 Landscape, and set the Cell Size in Print module at 9.3 x 13.32, which is slightly larger than the mat opening. However the finished print measures slightly under 9 x 13. I am printing to an Epson ET-8550 printer. I have been printing lots of 7.5” x 10” prints on 8.5 x 11 paper and they come out the exact dimension as expected.

Import Keywords — Do Not Export flag not applying to existing keyword namesI'm importing a plain text keyword file via Metadata > Import Keywords (tab-indented, [bracketed names] for Include on Export = off, {curly brace} synonyms). It works fine for brand-new keyword names, but when the imported name matches a keyword that already exists elsewhere in the catalog, the bracket is ignored — after import, the existing keyword's Include on Export checkbox stays exactly as it was before, checked or not.Is this expected behavior (import merges into an existing same-name keyword and won't touch its Include on Export flag from the file), or am I missing correct syntax/an option to force it? Is there any way to set Include on Export via the import file for a keyword name that already exists in the catalog, or is manually toggling it in the Keyword List panel after import the only route?Lightroom Classic, imported via a plain .txt file (also tried .csv, same result). THe subfolders appeared in the folder panel in LRC but separately and not in the parent folder.  When I tried again to import the same, the images were greyed out, indicating they were already imported.  The parent folder is on the disc but does not appear in the folder panel in LRC.  I want the subfolders under the parent folder to keep things organized. I tried  to create a new parent folder but it did not appear on the disc or in LRC.  How can I collect the subfolders under a parent folder?

I am unable to import photos into Lightroom Classic suddenly this morning. When I attempt to import new photos, either from an SD card or my hard drive, it displays them as if it is going to import them, but then nothing happens, and the import photos and videos button becomes grayed out. If I close and reopen Lightroom Classic, the button seems to be active, but than again nothing happens after I click it, and then it becomes grayed out again.
