ok.. i Just Installed Adobe Media Server 5.0 Demo in My Windows 8.1 Pc... i'm Using Local Host Now... but i want to add my website to server2. i already have username and password  of my hosting.. but where and how can i link my website to adobe media server... my website domain is tutofactory dot com.

I want to learn as much as possible about Media Server what are some good recommendations?

Hi,I'm trying to test various elements of DRM (including problems with incognito mode...) and need a DRM protected stream to build against. Trying to implement a sliding window and having some issues. On iOS devices the scrubber bar does not display however the rewind 30 second button does. If you press that a number of times you can rewind to the beginning. Any way to get the scrubber bar to work?Have tried both AMS 4.5.7 & 5.0.7. So i have a problem with security..Im using jw player 5.10 with html fallback.. I made no changes to my HTML and SWF allow config... But there seems to be a huge security issue. Hello, I am in the need to find out, if Adobe Media Server 5 is the right product for my purposes .The circumstances:I am planing to develop a web portal, where users want to publish their video streams from a web browser and many people want to watch it. I have tested the AMS Starter Version and came out with the problem, that the demo player does not work on my android device, as that does not support Flash. In addition I found out, that using Flash Media Live Encoder produces a so much better quality of stream, than the demo on the Index.html of AMS5 does, which seems to rely on the configured stream quality.What I need to know:Have i got to program with flash professional myself to setup my own publisher window where people can enter standard options? (Mute or Sound, Quality) Or is there an existing swf which i can give input parameters?Security: Only people with a valid "token" shall be able to stream their own stream. Hi,I am having some issues with fms servers livestream connection. My rtmp client connects to the server ok and rtmp data flowing ok for about 4hours, in the wireshark trace I can see that the server just stops sending data roughly after 4hours. The server version is 3.5.1, and I also try it on a 4.0 server the data stops coming from the server as well after 5+hours. There are no errors or any indication of session disconneciton in the diagnostic logs.  I have also looked thru the settings in applicaiton.xml and server.xml I just don't see any obviious reason for the issue. I do send rtmp Acknowledgement to server after the client receives "window size" bytes, and the client sends ping response to server.  Are there any other that client needs to send back to server? It would be greatly appreciated for any pointers and help. Thanks.

I've implemented a serverside script that records the current stream to disk. This record method is called from another clientside flash application. On some occasions the recording suddenly stops after a few hours without giving any errors, and without there being any network dropouts (Flash Media Encoder doesn't report any dropouts). What can be the cause of this, and what can I do to make the recording more stable? My main.asc file is attachedAny other suggestions on how the code in this can be improved, or better practices on how to do stuff, is also appreciated

Hello.Our team is developing an application that allows users to communicate via their own camera, and make a record of all user's cameras that are in the same room. However we have come across an issue with our FMS 4 server. The issue is that sometimes when a user records all streams in a room at one point the recording process for particular streams suddenly stops but at the same time streaming is still working. For example, 2 users were broadcasting and one of them was recording their streams. At the end of the recording there were 2 flv files, however one of them was only a quarter of the actual length.The logs for the damaged stream were:- publish stream  at 10:48:38- play stream  at 10:48:38- record stream at 10:48:44- unpublish stream at10:53:11- stop stream at 10:53:12Total length of the flv file should be more than 4 min but actually it is only 1 min 12 sec. Any ideas?

Muy buenos días, estoy emitiendo desde un computador remotamente a otro que me funciona como servidor, la señal llega perfecto pero cuando el videoPlayer me genera el embed y lo pego en mi pagina web, no me reproduce el vídeo, dice que no se cargo. El computador esta emitiendo perfectamente porque use un reproductor para reproducir lo del servidor a través de rtmp y lo hace perfectamente pero el embed que incluye el flash para poderlo ver, no lo ejecuta

Hello,I'm working on a project where we record live users broadcasts to flv files (Sorenson Spark + Speex).We have a problem that hard to reproduce, but happens regularly to our client. Recorded streams has huge duration comparing to real recording duration. Stream inside has timestamp jump which leads to issue during stream playback both in FP and VLC. I am using Fms 4.5 server on window7 and I am publishing two streams on it and there was another stream which is playlist for two streams and it is redirecting to another ams5 server. All the switching logic is on 4.5 server.The problem I am getting is When I switch to another stream I am getting error in logs ams 5 server which are as follow:error when pushing messages to fragmentor:First message in the fragment is not a keyframe:Recording failed:End of stream:Note: One stream is rtmp stream whereas another stream is flv published using ffmpeg and target stream is hds stream and if fms 4.5 server is licensed and secured then i have issue but if I install fresh fms 4.5 as a trial version and test the scenario it is fine. I also test the config files and xml files like adaptor,vhost,user,application,logger and server of licensed 4.5 on fresh installed 4.5 but it is fine So I am missing somewhere Please help me by giving valuable suggestions.
