The good thing about using components like buttons in canvas is that they are actual elements that overlay the canvas. So once you publish, you can edit the html to add additional attributes to those elements.

Back in Flash days... there was a huge push for adoption of such technologies and wide support across industry. There are remnants of this within Animate. Sadly, they decided to burn it all down instead.

Which brush? Animate has 3+ native brush types... yet no raster brush that insiders and community alike have advised for years upon years. Which may be considered weird. Yes.

The whole fiasco is absurd and the way Adobe is [mis]handling these communications is so far beyond any of the ridiculous scenarios I've witnessed up to this point - encompassing decades. I used to have VERY regular communications with people on the team - mostly due to authoring and production purposes - and the last time I got an actual response was Oct 4, 2023, 2:11 AM. Dead silence forever thereafter. The one thing they will actually serve us consistently - is betrayal.

At the time of "Thoughts..." a number of Community Experts and others wrote some really good counter-arguments to the letter. Additionally, there was a lot of conversations internally around these issues in response to the letter and its fallout. Many of the public arguments that were published in this era are no longer extant, sadly. Eventually, everything regarding the platform was killed off and buried... it is not coming back in 2024...

I still have a number of DVDs (yeah... :optical_disk: ) that a lot of that Adobe TV Flash content came from!
They had a partnership with Adobe Press and Video2Brain to host some of the content on Adobe TV and elsewhere... good times!

Chances are good the 'adobe agent' thought it was Character Animator that was being referenced. What a mess.

1. Yes, with some plugins.... BUT it will need a lot of adjutments that do involve editing of code afterwards. 2. You can share the document with them and they can inspect the objects and interpret the values into code. 3. Not really. Most programmers will likely scoff at anything auto-generated by an XD plugin. Best route it for them to inspect and interpret elements. If your developer is only familiar with server-side dev... you're going to have a whiole other set of issues.

The deal never went through. Figma and Adobe remain seperate entities so you'll need to create an account with Figma to use their products.
