This isn't Adobe support but rather user-to-user forums. I've heard of this Coursera problem before. I don't think it was ever resolved as XD is more and more broken each week that goes by. I don't expect it to be resolved either - XD is in the minimum of maintenence mode, really.

Adobe employees will not say a peep about it until the deal with Figma is resolved one way or the other. But yeah, like @NMGD says - switch to Figma.

I mean... XD doesn't even show up for most Creative Cloud subscribers so can imagine whatever APIs are being used for this are likely dead.

If it is a Graphic symbol, you can have full control in teh main timeline via keyframes.

You likely want to focus on Figma no matter what happens. Adobe doesn't seem that comitted to Xd. They've publicly stated as much - even moreso, surprisingly.

Adobe XD is not free but there was once a "starter plan" that was basically free with some limitations. Perhaps it is an older article?

These are user forums. Adobe may read things here from time to time... but it's mostly just us. We don't know what is up with XD not showing up for download - try this link: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop/pdp/xd Regarding Figma - they can't do anything until the deal goes through (if it indeed does).

Modeler is still only usable on Windows - so that likely makes it unsuitable for many right now. Hopefully that changes soon.

Yeah, that's a really old tutorial that was created right when the transition from Flash to Animate occurred. Are you looking for the videos, assets, or something else? I'd have to look way back in archives to see whether I still have any of that laying around.

You have to click maintain size each time you change layer depth or a layer. So perhaps you are only clicking it the first time? Hard to say, otherwise.

It looks like the toggle controls in your Properties panel are off-screen. Reset your OS zoom to 100% default or reset your workspace and see if either of those help.

I suggest changing the resolution of your display or Windows zoom (cannot recall what it is called) as this can mess with the Animate UI if nbot set to default. Options are cut off along the right side.

Your menu looks very odd - there should be options and toggle switches to the right of all these properties - is something cut off perhaps? Change resolution of your display, maybe?
