I ended up calling Adob help and the problem was fixed in one minute. I had never noticed a very small arrow on both the right and left sides of the different module windows. Either in the upgrade or I accidentally touched the one for the Develop panel. All I had to do was click on it and the panel appeared again. Click again and it disappeared. Who knew?

With update to 12.4, the Develop module panel has become blank. All the other panels are there, such as Library. I have tried closing and openign a few times but it is still blank. Looks like a glitch in the update. Any ideas as to how to fix it. John

Since I upgraded, on choosing import, the D850 shows in the import window, but I just keep getting a spinning wheel and no files are downloaded. This happens whether I'm importing from my CFexpress card or SD card. This is using the USB cable. There is no problem with my CF card from my Nikon D3s using a card reader. Any ideas what the problem is?

I am exploring Rush and will only be uploading 3 to 4 videos a year from holidays I take. I have the CC basic account and do not want to spend a monthly feel to use Rush with so little use. The starter version says you can have 3 uploads. Does that mean as long as I have no more than 3 uploads I can keep using it indefinitely? Or does it mean I just get 3 uploads and once I've had 3, the free version is over? If the latter is the case, what options are there for someone like me who is only going to be a casual user of uploading videos? Thanks, John. I'm talking about Adobe Portfolio that I use in conjunction with LR. To launch it, I go to the Adobe CC drop down menu that is on the top menu bar of an iMac (a symbol like a tied knot). When I go to any album in edit mode in Portfolio and click on the pencil symbol what I get is the menu shown in the picture in my original post. There is no Delete Grid which accordion to Adobe help should be right under the Margins selection. My question is: where is the delete grid option or how do I delete the grid some other way.

I have followed the instruction from here but as you can see from the attachment, there is no option for Delete Grid, which should be under Margins. What is the problem? I want to just present my photos individually so you can scroll down and see each one in a large format. I did an earlier album like that but can't remember how I did it. So that would also be a solution: just delete the album and upload it again so the photos are not in a grid. John

I used LR CC on both my iPhone and iPad when on a recent trip. They both synced perfectly and I edited the photos on my iPad. However now that I'm home, only about half my photos appear on my LR CC mobile on the computer. I can't figure out why this would be. I have closed and opened LR but that makes no difference and I have the latest version of LR CC.

I have the month Creative Cloud subscription. I have read about the difference between the 2 programs and downloaded the Classic version because it most meets my needs. Now I see in my Creative Cloud box that I can also download CC. Does that mean I could run both? Would there be any point in doing that? John
