Photoshop Elements

I have PS Elements 21 which has developed  several glitches/ problems that I have been unable to fix.  I  want to replace it to see if I can fix the glitches Can I replace it by uninstalling  the original PS21 corrupted software and downloading a new replacement? ( using the original password key to register the new downloaded program.Thanks for your help

costant failer to update     version 13 update 13-1  dowland but hangs and fails on 13%  download raw update as advised br help center but did not fix problem  using win 10 pro     plenty of space and ram   not an issue  any help orfree up grade may be required  your mark

I"ve just moved my photos and the associated catalogs into a new computer.I now have many duplicate photos in the photoshop elements organizer on my new computer.How do I gather the duplicates into a single image? Without loosing any of the information (either names, dates or other metadata)?

I have dual 43in monitor and noticed that when Elements Organizer is loaded on the 2nd screen (non-primary screen) then the UI glitches out in the following way.  Note that I suspect this issue occurs for any dual monitor setup regardless of its screen size. Trying to click on the menu bar item (e.g. File, Edit, Find, etc) results in no action.  The menu bar becomes inaccessible until it's dragged back on to the primary screen in a dual screen setup.Trying to drag the window to move it causes the elements to switch between full screen and window.  Preventing me from moving the window.If you do manage to grab the window and you try to drag it to the primary screen (in dual scren setup), it creates 2 duplicate instance of Elements organizer. One in the primary and a second one in the seconary monitor.   This is comically bad.  Please test and fix this...

Since reinstalling Windows 10 I have lost all the different file names in organizer but their contents are all still in the catalogue. I now need to create folders and move pictures into the newly created folders. Could anyone please tell me how to create new folders and how to enter the correct photos?

When I open Elements 2021, all the tools are shown.  when I then open a raw file, the raw files open in Elements but the tools are no longer shown. How do you locate the tools panel?Thanks for your help.

I am using PS elements 21 and up until a month ago was able to click on any  photo file to open it in the PS workspace and start editing it.At the same time this problem started, I noticed I was no longer able to R click on photo files  to open  the options sub menu    (open with,  share, send to, delete etc etc etc options)My Premel 21 works fine and  clicking any  video file opens the software immediately so pp work can start The only way I now can  open a photo file is to open the PS program first .Now clicking on any  photo file icon does not open the PS software, but instead returns me to my PCs desktop!Photoshop is my PCs default program to open all photo files and Premel 21 is working fineAny suggestion as to how to fix these frustratin problems>  

You can tell me step by step how to edit, from importing an image to saving it in elements 2021, I make a mess when saving, thanksJesus

Please can anyone tell me how to crop and save an ellipse shape in Photoshop Elements? I know how to make an ellipse, but when I save it all I get is the original illustration with the ellipse drawn in the middle of it. I want to remove the rectangular background so I left with just the ellipse shape.Thank you.

Guten Tag,Die Installation von PSE geht bei mir permanent schief. Nach dem Start startet die Installation, bricht aber nach kurzer Zeit (ca. 7-9 %) mit dem Fehler 113 ab. Sowohl normal als auch mit deaktiviertem Firewall und Virenscanner erscheint immer der gleiche Fehler.Von Adobe habe ich die Creative Cloud (Abo.) installiert. Mein Betriebssystem ist Windows 10 Prof. Updatestand 21H1.Hat jemand eine Idee?Gruß und Dank Jochen ReinPS. Leider hab Adobe keinen Support per Mail.

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 17 3000 last year May 14th 2020. I decided to purchase the Adobe Phpotoshop Elements 2020 & Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 Bundle as an add on as my kids were getting into photography and thought would be a good idea. I received my computer and booted it up and registered with Dell and also with Adobe (I know this as I have an account with both). I tested out the computer and also the Adobe Photoshop products temporarily as I mainly use my computer for work. The programs works and I thought nothing of it afterwords. This purchase is listed in the sales invoice for my computer.Covid hit and the Adobe program was never utilized since the initial opening until about two months ago as my phone was acting up with editing somethong and I was going to use my computer instead. I opened it up and a Pop up window came up and said your trial is over and a press buy button.... This surprised me and closed it and found a temp workaround for myself with my phone.&n

For some reason the red eye removal tool just does not do anything in my photoshop elements 15.  Operating system windows 10.  I click on the tool and click on the red eye and a circle of dots appear momentarily but no black appears...  Can anyone tell me what the problem is.  Looks so easy on the utube tutorials but doesn't work that way on my computer. 

I am using PSE2021 in my Windows 10 Desktop PC. But, I am having a bit of difficulty in crearting a NEW Place. It is not behaving like it used to in much earlier versions before the MAP feature was removed.I have checked out two ways to do this. First, using the Add Locations Icon on bottom left. I type a name and have to wait (there is NOT Search Button to click) for it to SHOW the Retrieved names. I select one and then click the "Apply" Button. It foes ADD this new location to the Photo(s) I had selected before strating this step. But, IT NEVER SHOWS ME THE MAP! See two Photos labeled Method 1 - attached.Second, I use the Place Tags of Tags on the right side for New Place. This gives me the Search field and the Map. I type my desired Place, and click the Search button, and when I select the desired Place, it creates a LOCATION PIN with a Green Check mark and a RED Marking, along with a 2-headed CROSS icons in the location of its choice.In the erlier versions, I was able to move this

When I attempt to use the color picker, the colors shown bear no resemblence to the color. This function used to be very simple to use; now it is not usable at all. I thought perhaps I should reinstall. When I login to my Adobe account, it says I have no products registered. When I try to register the product, it says that product is already registered. So I am completely stuck. .

I have 3 computers, all with Windows 10, all loaded with PSE 5.0, they all work fine except the Organizer freezes (Not Responding) when I try to open the PSA file on my newer laptop, the same file opens fine on the other 2 computers so it's not a corrupt file. I even did the "repair" on the one that does open and then tried it on my newer latop and it still freezes. I can create a new PSA file and load images into it just fine but my original PSA file I've been working on for 10 years or more has all my custom categories etc... it has hours and hours of work into it and I DO NOT want to start over... I downloaded PSE2021 and tried to open it that way (convert) but when I Browse for the file it doesn't show. I tried right clicking the PSA file>Open With> and chose Organizer for 2021 but it opens in the 5.0 organizer

Problem: We have a 32 bit version of Windows 10.It is absolutely not possible for us to upgrade it to 64 Bit (even though the CPU architecture is compatible with 64) because we run proprietary legacy software to drive a number of printers and that software will not run on a 64 bit system. Replacing the printers is not financially viable (we are talking $50K+ to do that) I have followed a number of links on the Adobe website that say they lead to pages where I can download older versions, but they all end up leading only download links for Photoshop Elements 2021. Is there any way around this?

I am trying to instal Photoshop Elements 2021 on my 2021 imac running Big Sur.Every time I click on the Photoshop icon I get the message.'An Error has occured while installing selected updates' Is there a solution to this problem.AR.

 When I try to run Elements 2021 I get this error.  I have a valid license, the software has already been activated and my internet is working.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks

bonjour j'ai acheté photoshop Elements chez Adobe et il  m'est impossible de le faire fonctionner avec mon code (autentique) je reste sur une formule d'essai  et qui refuse mon code j'ai eu beau la desinstaller et la retelecharger je reste sur la formule d'essai qui n'accepte toujour pas mon code je me suis fais envoyer par Adobe ma version payé et enregistrée et je reste quand meme sur ma version d'essai qui refuse toujours mon code verifié et enregistréje ne sais plus quoi faire ayant contacter à maintes reprises le service Adobe sachant qu'il me reste 18 jour sur ma version d'essaiMerci

Discovered a folder is missing from the list. It is on the hard drive, it has all its photos in it, but PSE21 isn't listing it. How do I reintroduce the folder to Organizer?

I am concerned that by PSE thinking this is a "trial"version, I'm missing the update message. How do I get the program to recognize it is not a free trial version. I followed the directions for opening PSE Editor to establish the purchase info, then opened Organizer. But weeks laters, program still showing "How are you enjoying the free trial" message. Have not received a message telling me its about to end yet....

I have a vailid and running PSE 2021 version 19.0.After update to 19.1 I have to enter the license key again.Why?I cannot find it at the moment.

I have Photoshop Elements 2018 installed on a windows 10 desktop computer.  I have RAW images from a Nikon P1000 camera.  I have not used PE for 18 months.  Elements will no longer read these RAW images.  I have tried downloading and installing the latest Camera RAW.  It still doesn't work.  I am currently using the DNG work around but would like to be able to use Camera RAW directly. 

Seit gestern kann ich meine Texte in Photoshop Elements 19 nicht mehr in normaler Schreibweise formatieren. Es wird nur noch alles in Großbuschstaben ausgegeben. Habe keine Caps Lock aktiviert und selbst wenn ich in Word etwas schreibe in Groß und Kleinschrift und den Text in Photoshop einfüge, wird dieser auch nur in Großbuchstaben angezeigt. Meine Fehlersuche bei Google hat mich auch zu keiner Erkenntnis gebracht.Kann jemand helfen?
