YES. iOS is updated to latest versionYES. Crayon works in every other program with no lagWHATS GOING ON: ONLY in Photoshop for iPad, when you draw with the crayon, you will not see the line or whatever it is you drew until you lift the stylus off the screen. you make a circle? you get nothing on screen until you lift the stylus off. Draw a line? nothing, until you lift the stylus off the screen. what if you use your finger? then it works like normal, seeing whatever it is you are making in real time. no lag, no delays. how do i fix this? I am subscribed to photoshop and it's un-usable in this state.
Hi,Can anyone tell me where to find pattern preview in the Ps app for iPad? I am fairly new to Photoshop, and would appreciate any help.
When I tap the B&W button in ACR on the iPad, the image converts to grayscale, as expected, but I don't have any control over the luminance values for the various colors found under Color Mix. The only way I've found to get this control is to adjust the color image in ACR, open it into PS, then apply a B&W adjustment layer. Shouldn't tapping the B&W button cause the Color Mix panel to morph into the B&W Mixer panel the way it does on the desktop? Am I missing something?
I installed the Photoshop Camera on my iPhone and iPad. The two are not sync-ed; that is to say, photos I take on my iPhone do not appear on my iPad. But that is a side issue. My question is, how can I import the photos taken on my iPhone into Photoshop and/or Lightroom on my iMac desk top? Thank you.
I have an iMac running Ventura 13.1, an iPad Air 5th Gen, an iPen 2 and Photoshop v 24.1.1 installed on my Mac. I enabled screen mirroring to the iPad. I get the warning above, Pen Pressure requires the use of a pressure sensitive tablet. None of the pressure sensitive brushes show any pressure sensitivity. I think it has something to do with the warning. I know pressure sensitivity works, because I have Procreate installed on my iPad, and the pressure sensitive brushes work with my iPen. Is this feature not supported yet? Does a setting exist to remove this warning and enable pressure sensitivity? Does anyone have pressure sensitivity working with this hardware configuration? Thanks.
I use Smart Objects extensively as I edit photos, since it gives an incredible degree of flexibility. Smart filters mean that I can always go back and don’t damage the pixels in my images.
It would be great if Photoshop for iPad supported iPadOS 13’s new multiple application instances (windows) feature. This would allow users to open multiple Photoshop documents within different Photoshop windows.Architecting Your App For Multiple Windows - Apple
Hi,I'm a fashion illustrator who now creates my layered sketches on my iPad Pro, then exports them to my Creative Cloud Files as a .PSD file. Then I openThen I open the .PSD file on my desktop's Photoshop and add colors, patterns and fills to complete each final sketch. Does anyone know or can recommend an iPad Adobe App which can allow me to do the second part of my work flow on my iPad?Ideally, I would like to bypass the desktop and stay within the iPad's ecosystem to do this work.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Sincerely,Patrick
I would love to be able to control what color space and bit depth that I am working in.
Hello..... I am a photoshop 6.0 extensive user on Windows. PC. I am now using an iPad 2. Is it possible to still use photoshop 6 on the iPad. I sill have my serial number. If not could you suggest which version of Photoshop I can download that would allow me to continue to edit, repair and manipulate photos as I have done for years. I would appreciate any help you could offer. Thank you
I can't find how to fill a selection with the foreground color on the mobile app in iOS. Help anyone?
I have bought the iPad Pro 12.9" and I am loving photoshop and Lightroom. Is there a way to change the canvas size to a specific size and use alignment? {Thread renamed & moved by moderator}
Can you use iPad photoshop app and slice tool... ? I need to open PSD file with slices and adjust them
Hi, this is my first time using photoshop on ipad and i thought it will be easier to get my work done but it seems photoshop has a problem with the brush feature. The line i draw only show up after stylus/finger is released (untouch) from the screen. I didn't face such issue with another drawing app like autodesk sketchbook. Hope that photoshop team could respond and help me fix this problem
Hello-hello! Would there be some swatches function coming soon? Would be soooo helpful...
Just got a Bamboo stylus so I could draw remotely using cloud PSDs and have them instantly available on my desktop for work purposes. Unfortunately, it seems the pressure levels aren't working in the Photoshop mobile app. It detects the pen tip and draws, but no pressure variation. I tested it in other Adobe apps (specifically, Adobe Sketch) and it works perfectly, so I know it's not a hardware issue. I've tried different brushes and flipped toggles for "Use pressure for size" and "Use pressure for opacity" and nothing changes. I did see in Sketch that you had to link the stylus first, but I don't see any way to do that in PS. Am I missing some way of syncing the stylus or some other setting, or is this just not supported in PS on iOS yet?
Hi there To me, Photoshop is not Procreate. Photoshop is Photoshop. The professional tool I used to use to do professional work, so I would like to introduce you guys to my idea. Sorry in advance for bad English but I'm Italian. This is a very bad thing I tried to edit and I hope anyone can appreciate it. I am not a designer so I'm sorry for the bad alignment and stuff of thigs but is to get an idea of what Photoshop is meant to be. (at least for me). MY IDEA: PHOTOSHOP 2.0 What can you see I am thinking about Photoshop CC full desktop version on Ipad pro, It's not Procreate, but Photoshop.. the one all we know. List of things I would like to see on the changelog: NAVBAR Again this is Photoshop, not Procreate, so we (professionals) need a navbar. There is all that useless used space by the Navbar we can add all the elements we want, so I just added previous Photoshop UI stuff like all the context menu. Now is far better. Also, we can
I would love to see Content Aware Fill as part of Photoshop Mobile. I'm sure that particular feature is not one that will be coming soon, but it would be much appreciated .

Hi all!Currently I'm using macOS Catalina and iPad OS beta.I was trying Apple Sidecar and while it works fine with Photoshop I can't active the pressure sensitivity in the brushes settings, it says that it only works with pressure sensitivity tablets.I wonder if Adobe has plans to detect the iPad as a pressure sensitivity tablet?Thanks!
