Premiere Elements

I have always experienced fitful stops and starts in preview mode.  Even after rendering, whether, in a draft or hi-res mode, I get the same fitful, jerking, stops and starts.  It was suggested that this might be a buffer issue because if I toggle stop/start the project runs a little smoother, for a very short while. My project includes about 8 still images; 2500 pixels at 300 ppi, with a couple soundtracks, fad transitions, and some animated titles, that I customise using keyframes on my timeline.  Sometimes, right after I render the project, that starts automatically when it's done, the sound fads in but my animated text jerks in, haltingly, jumping into motion then stopping and starting again.  Then, even though the CTI is passing over an image, the Monitor Panel remains black. Hey everybody, i am struggling to lower the fps rate of a video clip significantly in order to give it something of a retro touch.I can't imagine that this is not possible, also in Premiere Elements 15. Any Ideas?

I do not know id it is connected, but since a recent Windows 10 update elements has stopped videos playing in the time line.

Hi,I have downloaded a trial version og premiere elements 15, but there are many different issues so I think maybe premiere elements will not work for me.The issues I have are:Unable to import m2t (HDV files). Codec not supported.m2ts files are imported, but there is no audio for any of these files.The dates are a mess in the organizer. Supposed to be sorted with newest on top, but it is not the capture date that s used in PE 15.Is there any way of resolving these problems?Or is there another software/program that will work better for me?Can anyone help?Thanks!Julie:-)

There it is!Not an internet issue - on line!The download goes through the motions and at about 80% it dumps the above warning?None of the create templates will download.Suggestions welcome. If only PSE 7 would work with W/10 (*&&^%%$).

Hello,I'm recording a video (video is stable and normal in my original recordring using a Panasonic HC-V110 with REC mode set to HG1920). I put togehter my project in Premiere 14 and use the rendering option so that my bar is green before I save my Project as a .mp4. After I've exported my project to .mp4 the end result is shaking and looks like crap. What is going wrong here?Thanks,Marcus

Hello,Years ago I created a movie-dvd from some pictures and music in Pinnacle...apologies 🙂Now I would like to create a MP4 of the DVD but I can't import the vob-files into Adobe Premiere Elements. The pop-up says the DVD might be protected.I also tried to copy the vob-files from the DVD to my c-drive and that didn't work neither. The files are just not being copied...I tried on 2 PC's 🙂Does anyone know how I can create a MP4 from this DVD?Thanks in advance!SJW

Is there an error log in Premier Elements 15?  It's erroring out at final step of burning BluRay image to hard drive. 

Hello,When exporting a 1080p 60FPS video, it seems like it takes a while, and my CPU usage sits at around 50-60%.  15 minute vid takes 25-30 to export.    My system specs are as follows:AMD Ryzen 5 1600 OC to 3.9GHz16 GB RAMWindows 10 Home 64 bitShouldn't the CPU usage be higher while exporting?  I already checked to see if all cores are used, and they are.  What am I missing?  Thanks in advance for your reply!

Hi GuysDoes someone know how I can specify / customise a thumbnail for my videos?I Googled a few sites but could still not find a working answer.The most common answer was that you must place your timeline marker on the frame you want Adobe to use as the thumbnail but it, as it seems to be with other people with the same question does not work.Your help will be greatly appreciated.Thanks, Jax.

I am trying to create a video of still pictures set to music In Premiere Element 13.  I've made several of these but always deal with this same time consuming problem that probably takes up more time and trouble than ANYTHING else.  I really like my images to transition with the music so I end up editing the duration of both the images and the transitions to get things to flow closely with the music.The problem is that if I make a change in timing to an earlier image, everything else changes as well.  Instead of everything that follows readjusting to the new timing, Premiere adds a break in the music and the images. When I try to move things over to re-attach to the piece I've just adjusted, the timing on everything else (that I've worked so hard to get right) changes as well.    The duration of images gets longer and the transitions disappear.  It is so INCREDIBLY frustrating.  I'm surprised that the rest of my images and transitions don't just

I have just re-installed Pe11, having not used it for quite some time. No real problems, apart from the fact that I got the message to say that I have to install Quick Time, for the programme to work. I now know that Apple are no longer supporting it and just wondered whether this makes the product totally redundant. The aim of re-installing is simply to enable me to lift some video from a Sony Digital 8 camera and transfer direct to an external hard drive. I'm a relative beginner and do not want to waste too much time unnecessarily.Any help gratefully accepted.

Okay I have done several DVD's over the course of time and I have always "saved" as I went along and than at the end went to project archiver and copied the project. However today I went into my Adobe folder and my external to view exactly what was being saved and did not find my project from Premier Elements in my Adobe folder, I had not done that in the past. So my question is in Premier Elements should I also be doing a "save as" or a "save a copy" as I am going along? This would be in the event of a hard drive failure. Not sure why I hadn't discovered this before and guess I was just fortunate not to have a loss of my hard drive. I am using Windows 10, and Premier Elements 12.  Thanks.

Hallo Adobe Premiere Elements users!Recently I exported a video clip on which I applied a blur-effect. In Premiere Elements everything looked correct, but after exporting it, the effect has much less intensity than I want it to have and in addition it has such strange horizontal stripes instead of an normal continously blur effect!Here you can see my problem after exporting the video to mp4:And that is a screenshot from Premiere Elements and how I want it to look after export:Could you pleas help me with that problem?Best greetings, Thomas!

I've recently started recording videos for my YouTube channel using my Google Pixel phone (rather than my old JVC Everio Camcorder). I'm trying to find the right preset (in the Change Settings menu when I start a new project). I've set my phone to record videos in 1080p - 29 frames a second (I think). Problem is that there's no obvious preset for phone videos - the closest being DSLR 1080p25 - which is obviously only 25 frames a second not 29/30. Has anyone else had this problem and what would they recommend? Does it have any obvious effect on video quality if you get the presets wrong? It's surprisingly difficult to find anything on the internet or Adobe help on this, which is why I'm on the forum! ThanksCharlie

I have an iMAC 10.11.6  OS X El CapitanI'm using Adobe Premier Elements 11I have made two different videos that I need to imbed in a PowerPoint. I saved the first one for Computer and it made a MPEG and Powerpoint won't recognize it. I got a prompt that said it couldn't insert it because either the file is non-standard or Quick Time is not installed properly.This Powerpoint with the imbedded videos is for a really important presentation I'm giving on Monday at the Princeton Library, Princeton NJ.HELP!!!thank you,Arla207 890-0966

I cannot figure out what this is and I am not able to get rid of it.  cannot edit videos with it.  When I click "continue" it just comes back. I even uninstalled PE13 and reinstalled. 

I have a problem with my Premier Elements 4. Yes I know its old but so am I and it worked for all these years until I lost a hard drive and had to rebuild and reload. Now when Adobe opens up only to tell me I need an unlock key. The people at Adobe sent me here after 2 phone calls. I do not want to buy elements 15. This is the code it gives me [removed by moderator]My elements 4 is all original and I have the correct serial # they just do not know how to service and or will not service this product any longer. I want to help myself and Adobe by asking if anyone else has had this problem. I have tried it on an old XP and a laptop with 7. Either one comes up with the same problem. Any ideas are welcome.
