Premiere Rush

My iPad rush app keeps crashing on launch and won't allow me to access my videos. I have the cloud and I don't know why they didn't save to the cloud but none of my videos were saved and now I can't access the app at all . Is there anything I can do to save them pls help I spent WEEKS on these videos!! I'm so annoyed and upset it's not a storage issue or an update issue everything is up to date and I have a terabyte of storage open sooooo

hello, I cannot export my videos that come from my iPhone 12 pro if they are filmed in 4K - Dolby vision. Will there be an update to make this work?

While I was working on a project I got a notice that said it hadn't been saved in a while and asking me to close and open the project. Rush pretty much crashed immediately after that, and now that project won't open. When I click on it it just looks like it's loading them dumps me back to the home screen. Is my project gone? How can I get it back?

Creative cloud has just updated me to Rush 2.0 but when I start it, all 25 projects have disappeared?! These were stored locally not in the cloud - how do I get them all back?Mac OS 10.15.7Desktop version.

Seriously, I spent good time editing my simple sequence and literally cannot 'SHARE' or export the footage, for HOURS now! This is supposed to be the liteweight version of PREMIERE and not the other way around. I kept hitting SHARE, and nothing happens. I've dug through forums and people have the same issue and had to succumb to some lame work around where they had to lock layers and delete graphics. I have a feeling Abobe releases Alphas to people and then give out more scripted apologies than solutions.It's frustrating to say the least, and very discouraging knowing that a multi-billion dollar company is profiting off of people on a flawed and unstable product through their uncustomizable subscriptions options, and releasing it as if they're nothing wrong with it! I've been an adobe user since the 90's and this simply pissed me off today. I'm happy this wasn't a paid gig, or I would've been so screwed! I'm glad Photoshop and Lightroom still works! Hi I literally just spent 3 hours tweaking a new template in Rush and I accidentily hit add sequence and now all of my work is gone. Does anyone know how to get everything back? So frustrated. Thank you.

Can I use the basic sound effect (prediction sound,dog sound) under Adobe Premier freely in my work commercially? Or is it copyright violation? 

I make music video clips which means I need the best audio quality I can get. However I've had an issue with audio coming out as mono I read of stereo after rendering. Audio isn't done by me, I get a Wav file, top quality, that is done on Logic Pro. And upload it to rush, while editing audio sounds fine on my iPad Pro (model MQDT2CL/A; 14.7.1; 2017) but when I render and play it back it has lower quality, and stereo information seams to have changed to mono. This is just what I guess could be happening, any pointer as to what Incoild do or what is going on? 

I have just bought a year's subscription. I hope this isn't a mistake. The rendering of my 4k 60fps iphone video has been downgraded to a blurry rubbish clip. If this is what rush can do then I would prefer to cancel.

I work with a large team. Ideally, we would like for a person in the field to be able to start an edit, and then have someone in our home office finish it. Is there a way to see all user's projects with an Enterprise account?

Hello, My machine (Apple Mac Mini M1,  8GB memory) grinds to a halt using Premier Rush. How can PR be made more efficient?  

I have duplicate one of my video to work on an other version, and still keep the old one.Since I have done this, I can't open both of my videos... When I am clicking on it, it opens a screen completly grey, or return me instantly back on the main page. I have worked so much on the first one, and now I can't access it.In the Creative Cloud, I have en error message telling me " This Cloud Document is not accessible for now"... Can I have some help with this please! 

I'm facing an issue with all audios on Premiere Rush. I'm unable to record voiceover, each time I record once I finish recording nothing gets recorded.Also I have noticed that all audios are breaking up very badly, so when tried to pick up an audio from the available ones, they are all breaking up horibbly. moreover, when I tried to check a few old projects, all audios and voiceover break up. I have restarted my laptop many time and updated the application. Not sure where is the issues. Please help me out to fix this issue asap.

How come it says this app is for mobile - android, but it says its not compatible when I try to install it on a mobile with the newest version of android? thanks!

When a click to open my adobe premier rush it says "The application Adobe Premiere Rush is not open anymore. Why is that happenig and how can i fix it?

Now that the Rush starter plan includes unlimited exports on desktop, what is the point of paying for it? I see that cloud storage would drop to 2GB. Other than that, would I lose any of the functionality of the paid version?Thanks, Jim

I am still experiencing crashing issues with Premiere Rush. On Nov. 11th I was experiencing crashing issues, came here to the community and saw that people had already posted comments about it.  Today, I saw there was an update v 2.0, so I updated and went to use the system.  Unfortunetely, I am still experiencing the issue whenever I try to use the right panel with audie, transitions, etc.   It just crashes, I can work for more then 3 minutes before it crashes.  

I've had premiere rush on my phone for a while... I've made a few "projects" on it. Why can't I access them on the MacBook Pro? I've synced the projects but on the mac it only puts on the videos that I used to make the videos instead of the finished project...cheers

I just bought Premiere Rush a few days ago and my first boot up allowed me to start editing a video and then it crashed. I can boot it up but cant get past the file screen without it crashing. How do I fix this? (i've only gotten this to boot up succefully once)

I downloaded the Adobe Rush mobile app on my new google Pixel 6 pro so that I could use an external mic connection while shooting video. I see the video files in the Adobe folder on my phone, but don't see all of the files in the Assets folder in Creative Cloud. I powered off my phone, and waited, thinking a file synch needed to take place. I have turned on "use cellular synch" in preferences. I have logged on and off on the phone and on my desktop Adobe Creative Cloud account. I do see some files that previously were not loading on my phone, but not all of them. After several attempts over 2 days, I have seen some files start to synch on my desktop Creative Cloud folders. I am mainly trying to get the video files so I can edit in Adobe Premiere Pro. I even tried adding a sequence in the Rush app on mobile with all the files I needed and then opening the Rush files through Premier on my desktop, but when I did this, I got an error message.Is there a way to speed up access to
