Premiere Rush

I go to import regular, high quality and frame rate videos, and it comes out all pixely and zoomed out, zooming in only makes it more pixely on every single device i try it on. Ive got to get a video to a guy very soon. Very frustrating! I attached what it looks like. Please help.

Hi, I would like to report my Premier Rush downloaded on my Iphone XS. I'm already done with my video edit but when I'm exporting it to my device it crashed even I changed the quality settings to all its option. Please help me with this since I also upgraded my Premier Rush and pay monthly for its upgrade yet I experienced  this problem. Thank you. CharmainePhilippines

Hello,    I have been trying to render a video for the last few hours. I am working on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I am using Rush version: 1.2.10(885) Media files: MOV 1080P 60fps The app keeps crashing every time I attempt to render, I have deleted all effects, pop-up images etc that I had previously on the timeline. There is only video and music files now. I have attempted this on my phone several times.    I attempted to render on my computer and still application crashed and recvied this message: I fixed the issues (mentioned below) yet video was still not able to render.    I kept recevied  message that read: "Error Compiling Movie Software render error Software effect returned error.   Writing with exporter: H.264 Writing to file: \\?\C:\Users|Daniel\Documents\Vlog#2.mp4 Wrtiting file type: H264 Around time: 00:04:02-00:04:46:06 (this was a text tile I have already deleted)  Rendering Effect: AE.ADBE Text Component text of type AEVideoFilte

I accidentally deleted the wrong video on premiere rush. It was on the cloud and the computer but i pressed delete everywhere. Does anyone know exactly where I could recover it from? Been searching but cant find it! Very desperate 😞

Hello! I am currently in the process of trying to export a video file for a school assignment. Unfortunately, I cannot make it past the rendering segment of the export process. The app constantly crashes and I'm growing increasingly frustrated. I've tried restarting my IPad Pro multiple times and I'm not sure what else I can do to fix the issue. All my files were filmed on my Canon Rebel T6 and download from google drive then slapped straight into the app -- I've never had this issue before until now and I know It can't be anything I've done externally. The deadline for my assignment is this week and I don't have enough time to re-edit everything in another app. I wish there was a way to duplicate project files! If there is, could anyone let me know? It would save me so much!

Hello, I just finished editing a short film and while syncing I noticed that now every clip I have edited still shows up in the sequence however no content is there when it was before.  I really don't want to have to go through and edit this whole thing again.  Is there somewhere else these projects are saved?  Attached is a screen shot from the mobile app the computer reflects the same.  Please help me fix this so I don't have to redo this project.

This is an intermittent issue. Videos I import into Rush will sometimes not show the audio track visually. Video and audio still work, but I can't see the wave form for the audio track and that makes editing a lot slower. The two tracks in the screenshot below were shot with the same device within minutes of each other. No changes of any kind were made to the hardware between clips. Can someone please help me to see the audio?

Hello, PLEASE HELP!! I have spent tons of time editing! The app crashed and now I cannot open the project back up. My projects are synced and I cannot open them on other devices either. Any other solutions?

With that being said I don't have the option to open a project saved to the cloud, It is totally grayed out and I can't select it at all. The file was saved from premier  on a Mac and I'm trying to open and continue editing on my iPhone XR.

I am getting this warning. ''You have reached your export limit. Upgrade for unlimited sharing.'' I have subscribed to a plan that includes rush though. Please respond.

   

How many videos can I put into a collage with Rush? I would like to use 30-40 clips on one screen.

I am new to RUSH and did a Video on our Church Service and after uploading the clips and exporting to my hard drive and then decided to play its does not allow full screen display but there is a BLACK FRAME around it making the Project so unprofessional and small View Display of the rea clip..please advise if this due to the Free version ? 

Hi,I am working on a project and added some video clips shot at 4k on my Sony A7iii.  They were playing fine and everything was normal.  Then I added an Adobe Rush soundtrack to my timeline.  Any video clips that were in the timeline are now black and you can only hear the audio.  They are also showing black screens in the preview clip window on the left.  Anything that wasn't already in my timeline is still acting normal.  I can add new video clips to my timeline and they act normal.  It is only the clips that were in the timeline prior to audio being added to the timeline that show the issue.  I have made sure that I'm on the latest version of Rush.  I have restarted rush 2x.  I restarted my computer 1x. I'm on Windows 10.  I see the blue circle in the corner that show I'm synced with the cloud. And I am viewing optimized clips.  Please help.  I want to like this program, but everytime I start a project I encounter a bu

I can't open Rush on my iPhone. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it still wont open. It starts to open then immediately shuts down.  Prior to not opening, i continued to get a red screed with an exclimation mark on my Mac whenever i attempted to open a project that was started from my computer. Initially it would go away after a few minutes, but then it began to stay for several day.  Can anyone help with these 2 issues?

Even if I've looked at some of the other posts relating to this problem, I can't relate to the solutions because I'm using an IPad 7th génération to edit my videos on Premiere Rush. I noticed that if I have inverted the clip on my camera roll before uploading it on Premiere rush it will turn black on Premiere Rush. I have experienced this problem before and I had to delete the clip I wanted to use but I can't keep on doing that. I shared my logs but still nothing happened. Any solutions ? 

Hi there - tried the free trial of P Rush - even during the tutorial every time I tried to use any features it kept freezing with and not responding. I use Photoshop and LR without any issues. Not sure what info you would need but I will share what I know. Processor: i5-8400 2.8ghzRam 16gb64 bit operating systemThanks!
