Hi, I'm not that savy with software or hardware but I've been using Rush 1.5 for over a year now. However, I'm now unable to complete my video projects because my c drive is full. I've cleared as much as I can from my computer and it hasn't helped. Because my most recent video were longer, 60 vs 5-10 mins, I disconnected their sync and it still hasn't helped. Should I completely erase these projects or does my computer simply not have enough space for this type of load? Even the simple editing software on my laptop has had some challenges finishing/downloading videos, so I assume it a Space issue, but again I'm ignorant and trying to learn. I'm using an Asus laptop, 238 GB, 237 GB used, 741 MB Free.When I attempt to export i get: "Encode requires at least 16.79 GB of space in C: to finish successfully." I'm allowed to still encode but then it fails. Thanks, Eric  

I'm very new to using any video editing software so this may be an easily fixable problem, but every time I try to edit anything on premiere rush, it crashes. Usually, it lets me edit for a few seconds and then it freezes and crashes. Please help! I will give more information if needed

I got a premiere rush subscription on my iPad Pro and I tried to dign in on the website to download rush on my pc and it says I hav to do the subscription again

Hi All, I just thought I would check for an update to Rush and went through the version of Rush I have now (1.5.2.3262) only to find that Galaxy Store says its not compatible with my device. I also checked the Google Play Store to find the same. I'm running a 256Gb Galaxy Tab S6 running Android 9. Why is this device no longer compatible? Regards,Peter.

I did a simple video edit of (cut-to-cut speeding and some transitions). After I edit, my exposure, Rush freezes and also freeze my MacBook pro. After I add sound-effect (10sec mp3) Rush freezes and also freezes my MacBook pro.I downgrade from last version 1.5.2 to 1.5.1 and 1.5.0 and that phenomena still occurs.

I cannot see the point of paying for this to take over 12 hours to render a video and taking another 12 hours to render it again before I can export it. What a load of tosh. I can get the same results in half the time completely free without paying for this rubbish. There is no help, no support and the guides are useless. They do not even cover this part of it. I am new to Premiere Rush.  I created a 30 minute video that included multiple videos, audio music, text and text slides.  The first one was too big and could not be pulled from the Google drive I shared it on.  I went back into the program and used the 720/30 fps option to downsize it, but I experienced the same problem.  The original video program I used was Filmic. I am all of this on an iPad Pro (3rd Gen.) with iOS 13.4. How can I get my videos into a smaller size without reducing the quality too much?

Uploading footage causes program to freeze. Unstable. Spending money but getting a product that no longer works for me. This is a common problem from what I read. 

the program required ungrading for sharing my file, So I upgraded program by paying. But I'm still not able to share my file. In addition, I made files on computer and I wanted to connect mobile. But I can't. So can you answer the questions that how to connect mobile and PC,  and I upgraded the program for sharing my file, but why doesn't it work?

Seit diesem Monat funktioniert mein Premiere Rush Upgrade nicht mehr. Ich werde dazu aufgefordert upzugraden (obwohl mein Abo durchgehend läuft), um weitere Videos exportieren zu können. Klicke ich darauf, kommt eine Fehlermeldung, dass ich dieses Upgrade schon habe. Ich habe die App schon gelöscht, das Abo gekündigt und neu abgeschlossen, mich abgemeldet und wieder angemeldet... es funktioniert weiterhin nicht.Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen oder mir zumindest sagen wie ich mich an den Support wenden kann. Beim Chat mit dem digitalen Assistenten scheitert es schon daran, dass mein Produkt nicht registriert sei. Als App gibt es aber auch keine Seriennummer um es zu registrieren.Danke für die Hilfe!

I have tried three times now to export a video to youtube. So far it has taken over 12 hours to render, then it hasnt saved anywhere in any format that can be used. Itry then to export it and it wants to spend another 12 hours rendering it again. This makes this software useless and completely unusable. Im cancelling its completely pointless. I can do everything for free that Im paying ofr on here.

Is Premiere Rush ever going to be supported on a Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna Pro?

My daughter is in a film class in High School and uses Adobe Premiere Pro. She currently has a couple of projects that she needs to work on. Unfortunetly she does we not have Premiere Pro at home, BUT we do have Adobe Premier Rush at home - how can we open this project in Rush. We understand we will not get all of the benifits from the Pro version but at least we will be able to have something to work from instead of begining from scratch.... Hi all. I'm using iPhone 7 and have made a number of vids in rush and rendered successfully however with some glitches. But now after last update. This one won't even start it immediately says it won't render successfully. So frustrating. I need to post it. Any ideas!? Also why am I paying for this??? Jen Title edited by mod

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013)2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1 GBIntel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB8GB RAMMacOSX10.15 I uninstalled all traces of Adobe CC on my Mac and still this does not work for me. I have tried different media all standard video. Not even the tutorial media imports. It hangs and needs to be forced to quit. I need to get this going, and have faith it is going to work for hundreds of students remotly trying to complete courses. Why has it NEVER worked for me after trying for so long? I sign in with my University shared device licensing.Please help this is driving me mad! 

Hi everyone, I know this must've been talked about before - but will there ever be a way that I can work with premiere rush using an external ssd?? It's pretty much the reason I got the iPad Pro with type C... then realised it doesn't work with rush!

Hi, Is it possible to Open a premiere rush project in premiere pro, Edit it and then go back to rush? I can't find a way to synchronize the edits I do in Premiere pro.

Hi Guys, I've used Rush on my iPad for a month now. I'm just getting to the PC version and while I see all the assets I've imported into rush from Adobe Cloud, I don't see anywhere the projects or sequences. Am I missing something? Is this just not possible? Thx. Both devices are logged into the same Cloud account, I've got the entire suite and have been editing video with premiere for over 20 years. iOS 12.2. Windows 10, Premiere Rush v1.5.2 build 536. I see many asset folders with arbitrary names, but no sequences or project files. Is this even possible to share these files? Thanks in advance.
