Premiere Rush

Hallo ich brauche eure Hilfe Wenn ich Bilder ins Programm einfügen will (Auf den iPad) kommt die Meldung Nichht unterstüster Medientyp und werden nicht hinzu gefügt Kennt einer dieses Problem und wen ja wie kann ich es beheben ? Danke im Voraus    Title edited by mod

I have created a project in Premiere Rush that is mostly photos, with a couple of video clips.  When I export it, most of the photos don't show - I just get a black screen with the background audio.  The videos and a few photos show up, but I can't tell what I did differently on the videos that are actually rendered.  Help!

I have been making videos with Rush. However, when I upload a video, all the colors turn to green, purple, and shades of black. I upload from my Samsung tablet through Google drive, download the video from Drive to my Dell laptop, then open it in Rush. Everytime I do, the colors change, and I can't fix it, even when I go into the color menu.   Title edited by mod

The clips don't sync to where it has been cut on iPhone. Rather the clips restart between each cut.Video plays out of sync with audio. All my projects work fine on premiere except Cloud Rush projects form iPhone 11.

This has happened to many others, but ill explain it again. Basically, when i load the program and import files, the program will freeze up and the progress bar wont move. For some reason I can't download RUSH to my Note 10 plus. Is this a common problem? Thank you. 

Hola, Hace poco descargué y me suscribí al plan de pago mensual por un año de adobe, en un principio todo bien, pero he notado que al trabajar en Premiere Rush, la pesataña que dice "Más Títulos", que se utiliza para descargar plantillas gratuitas de Adobe Stock, me parece en plomo, es decir, no me permite seleccionarla y descargar las plantillas gratuitas, la única forma que tengo para hacerlo es ingresando a Adobe Stock desde el navegador y descargarlas desde ahí, pero ya es más trabajoso. Por favor si alguno sabe como habilitar o por qué no se me habilita la opción desde la misma aplicación que me ayude. Gracias! 

Buenas tardes,  Ayer terminé de editar el video en Mac y lo exporte, pero no compartí. Solo quería grabarlo en mi disco local. Seguí todas las instrucciones sobre nombre del archivo, ubicación y calidad del video. Sin embargo, después de darle a exportar, me ha generado un archivo de 4GB con extensión .mp4, pero no puedo reproducirlo de ninguna manera, VLC no lo reconoce. No lo reconoce ningún programa. Cuando terminó la exportación, el programa me dijo que se había realizado correctamnte. 

I'm having trouble importing OBS recording (.mkv and .mp4).How come they won't show up in any file locations?

Hi. I currently use an iPhone but am thinking of switching to a Note 10+. The iPhone works with all the camera modes and frame rates the iPhone supports I’ve heard that with the regular Galaxy S10, 3rd party apps can only access the standard lens and not the wide or telephoto, and I couldn’t find anything about if it supports 24fps. I can’t find anything about the Note 10 and wondered if it’s the same as the S10. If so, that would be a limitation for me, and I may not want to switch. So, my question is: will Adobe Rush work with the Note 10+ and be able to access all its lenses and shoot at 24/30/60 FPS. Thanks!

After some struggles I was able to see the mogrt files on my cloud in Rush. But they are all grey! I have created them in PP 2018 and 2019 and are very simple text files just to see if and how .mogrt files work, before doing actual exporting. But it doesn't work, how am I able to make these files opennable? It is for adobe rush mobile on IOS.

is there a way to create scrolling credits iN Rush?

Iam tech youtuber and i would like to know why above rush is not supported on nokia 8.1

Using Rush on the PC (1.2.12), in the Titles toolbox (1), the "Stock More Titles" button is greyed out.   It is not greyed out in the iOS version (2).  My account is current and paid.  I've deleted and reinstalled the  PC version.   I've restarted the computer.   I've logged out and back in.  Still, "more titles" is greyed out on the PC version.       [Moving from generic Start/Help forum to the specific Program forum... On mobile version (it IS updated): Audio glitches, crashing, unable to export because of crashes, bad quality video even when it shoudn't be, and many more bugseasily one of the world experiences I have had with an application ever, lost hours of work to just get a low quality video

Hi folks,I created an Adobe ID using the "Sign in with Apple" process on adobe.com. I'm able to login into apps like Adobe XD.My problem is, that Adobe Premiere Rush on iPadOS has no button for "Login with Apple", just for Facebook and Google. Now my question is, how to login without that button? Thanks a lot for any tips!

Couldn't create project Something wrong with the app  

I found that placing images (eg JPG screenshots of websites) into the video timeline (during a Skype interview, for example) doesn't remove the video at the top and bottom of the screen. I have to add the white blank video sample, change it to black, then add the JPG on another timeline above, only then does it make the video 'disappear' at the top and bottom of the screen. This problem occurs because a website screenshot will always be shorter in height than a Skype video recording. It would be good if Adobe Rush would allow you to split the video and audio in certain situations like this.  

I was editing a video for 3 hours on the adobe premiere rush app on my iphone . I finished the video and I started to download it , but the app crashed and when I tried to re open the project it says "unable to open project" . It says that it is synced meaning it's in my cloud but I have checked , even downloaded premiere rush on my hp laptop and it says nothing is in my cloud . I even logged out and back into my account , unsynced and synced again , nothing worked . I just want to access my video that I spent hours on .    Title edited by mod

Hi World,  I'm looking for a project file for Adobe Rush I made about 2 or 3 months ago. No idea what the file extension should be and I can't find a file manually in my usual save locations. Was Rush a Cloud / Web based offering and since the last upgrade the other week its been pulled? What am I looking for as a project file? There's nothing in my cloud sync to open. Cheers, Luke 

I am normally using Adobe Premiere with my full Creative Cloud Suite on main Editing desktop PC, but have just bought a 'Lite Windows 10  PC'  for  travelling. I thought I would just try out Premiere Rush on it as full Premiere would be a bit of a struggle on the CPU I think.  There is not that much space on the eMMC memory drive so I don't want the Creative Cloud Sync'd stuff. I have tried three ways to do it and always Creative Cloud Desktop manager is loaded and downloading all my cloud files. Don't want that !". Just the Premiere Rush app that's itWhat am I doing wrong - how is this achieved?. Tried all threads but can't see a way.   

Hello,   After I change the clip volume for any of my projects the application starts freezing on some functionalities. For example I can no longer play/pause the video and I need to give it a restart, or another example would be that I can not change the audio options anymore, it just shows the loading spinner.   Operating System: macOS Catalina 10.15.1 Device:Macbook Pro 16 inch 2019 base modelPremier Rush Version:1.2.12 (Build 10)Thank you!   Title edited by mod

I am working with a project where we are adding video clips to a presentation and adding separate audio clips over this. My group is having issues where every so often the pitch and speed of the audio changes without us changing it. Even after we fix it, it will still change later on. It has changed almost all of our audio and we are worried that once we finish the project it will randomly do it again, and we will have to fix the entirety of it.
