Couldn't create project Something wrong with the app  

I found that placing images (eg JPG screenshots of websites) into the video timeline (during a Skype interview, for example) doesn't remove the video at the top and bottom of the screen. I have to add the white blank video sample, change it to black, then add the JPG on another timeline above, only then does it make the video 'disappear' at the top and bottom of the screen. This problem occurs because a website screenshot will always be shorter in height than a Skype video recording. It would be good if Adobe Rush would allow you to split the video and audio in certain situations like this.  

I was editing a video for 3 hours on the adobe premiere rush app on my iphone . I finished the video and I started to download it , but the app crashed and when I tried to re open the project it says "unable to open project" . It says that it is synced meaning it's in my cloud but I have checked , even downloaded premiere rush on my hp laptop and it says nothing is in my cloud . I even logged out and back into my account , unsynced and synced again , nothing worked . I just want to access my video that I spent hours on .    Title edited by mod

Hi World,  I'm looking for a project file for Adobe Rush I made about 2 or 3 months ago. No idea what the file extension should be and I can't find a file manually in my usual save locations. Was Rush a Cloud / Web based offering and since the last upgrade the other week its been pulled? What am I looking for as a project file? There's nothing in my cloud sync to open. Cheers, Luke 

I am normally using Adobe Premiere with my full Creative Cloud Suite on main Editing desktop PC, but have just bought a 'Lite Windows 10  PC'  for  travelling. I thought I would just try out Premiere Rush on it as full Premiere would be a bit of a struggle on the CPU I think.  There is not that much space on the eMMC memory drive so I don't want the Creative Cloud Sync'd stuff. I have tried three ways to do it and always Creative Cloud Desktop manager is loaded and downloading all my cloud files. Don't want that !". Just the Premiere Rush app that's itWhat am I doing wrong - how is this achieved?. Tried all threads but can't see a way.   

Hello,   After I change the clip volume for any of my projects the application starts freezing on some functionalities. For example I can no longer play/pause the video and I need to give it a restart, or another example would be that I can not change the audio options anymore, it just shows the loading spinner.   Operating System: macOS Catalina 10.15.1 Device:Macbook Pro 16 inch 2019 base modelPremier Rush Version:1.2.12 (Build 10)Thank you!   Title edited by mod

I am working with a project where we are adding video clips to a presentation and adding separate audio clips over this. My group is having issues where every so often the pitch and speed of the audio changes without us changing it. Even after we fix it, it will still change later on. It has changed almost all of our audio and we are worried that once we finish the project it will randomly do it again, and we will have to fix the entirety of it. 

I will not tolerate this. I need to finish something by tomorrow and but something I have paid just so much money for is wasting my time. I spent hours editing a presentation thinking, "hey, this is Adobe, they're professional", but apparently not! I know there is no way to finish this now because an issue has occured. I am trying to overlay a video over another video, super simple. Everything is glitching and lagging and not working. I was also expecting more features in the rush version but no. I need to connect two videos but there's a grayish-blackish block in the middle, the color of the background and I can't find a way to connect the videos together. This is a long video and I've figured out that if I drag the next clip to the other side of the block, it might work, but I can't even drag multiple video easily with this software. Note this is a very expensive and brand new laptop as well, the 2019 15" Macbook Pro with Touch Bar, so that shouldn't be the issue. This isn't even a h

Ive been trying to add music to a video for a few hours now, some versions of the audio files work in rush, while others dont work in rush but do work in premiere pro. Im just confused as to why the audio out be repeating itself, since the files when not imported into rush are totally fine and sound how they should.  thanks for any information you can give me    Title edited by mod

There have been a couple of times that I have added a video and every time that I add an audio track, the preview of the audio comes out high pitched and chock full of static. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Greetings, Newbye Here. Audio works great with the original video as shot. However, voice-overs come out as just static. Same with using a separate recording device and then importing into RUSH. I tried MP3 and Itunes format, same static. However, the audio files play just fine outside of Rush.

Are .aep files compatible with Adobe Rush?

Hi there!Upon trying to select my font in Rush on iOS, though my font shows up (Vulf Mono) when I select it the text goes away and the app crashes, and now Rush nearly always crashes after less than a minute. Any tips for selecting 3rd party font and not having Rush crash? I have 20 GB free on phone so that shouldn't be the issue. Thank you!

I'm using the latest version of Premiere Pro 2020 and latest Premiere Rush update on OSX.  I cant import any MOGRT that have been exported from Premiere Pro.  I get an alert message saying that the 'template was made using features that are not compatible with Rush' - however i've tested this by opening Rush templates into Pro and then re-exporting them without changing anything.  Any ideas how to workaround this?

reuse edited Clips across formats. Okay so I shot a video and edited it in the horizontal format now I also want to use those exact same Clips with the exact same color profiles color adjustments and all that in the Square format how can I do that

When I right-click a title in my library, the "delete" option is always grayed out.

It seems that Adobe don't really want to sell.How the hell do i buy a subscription from israel? They did everything to try and help me, but nada.

Hi All! Need some help as am VERY new to Premire Rush and having trouble opening 2 projects at the same time. Would love to be able to do this so as to copy elememts/clips across between the 2. Help anyone? BIG thanks in advance for any help for an ageing luddite ;D 

I'm having a hard time posting my video to YouTube. I keep on getting an error message saying try again later. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,I'm trying to edit video I took on my iPhone Xr that is 4K quality.  Every time I change one thing or may not do anything the app crashes.  Anyway this could be stabilized in an update?  Thanks.Jack

While I was working on ap project that was allmost done, I selected File/New/Sequence. I did not do much any further and stopped Adobe Rush. Now when I open Rush, my project is totally empty.I must have done something to delete all the files in my project. I there a way to restore?

Edited an important project on Rish Premier, using an Asus Latop with a windows operating system. When I rendered and exported my video, it saved but it won't open. It shows that it is a standard mp4 file but size wise it's 24 bytes?! I literally can't do anything with the video as I cannot open it once it's saved. 

First time using premiere rush, it's a nightmare. Popups that can't be disabled- "TRY UPGRADING TRY UPGRADING"... everytime I click the home button it crashes... but all that I could deal with if it weren't for one thing. I try to add media and place in videos/pictures. It takes ten minutes to load one picture and when it shows up in the strip at the bottom, the image itself doesn't show. You can see that it is indeed at the bottom of the screen but when  you try to play it it doesn't work at all.

Every time I create a new project, if I try to go back into it to make any edits the file comes up corrupted, and I have to start all over. This has happened with a ton of training videos shot for my business.
