I've creaated and edited a video project for the last few days.Every time i would open Rush the project would be there and I could open right away and keep editing.Today it's gone. All that's there is the untitled project example.I have 1.6Tb used from 2tb but when i opened the cloud hopeing to retrieve it all I see is the same example projecty,Thanks for your help asap.

Is there any way to import LUTs into Premiere Rush? Any other tips for correcting the super flat color of a GoPro ProTune file?

Hello, In last version of adobe premiere rush (1.1.0) on windows 10, In the export mode the estimated file size is strange : - my original video file is : 1,13 Go for a duration time of 2h13 minutes. - My cut made with adobe premiere Rush is of 1.16 Go for 0h22 minutes ! It is too much heavy if we consider the duration time !

Is there any way to permanently delete the practise files from the iphone app.   I find it annoying that wnen the app is opened it defaults to the practise file images - for some reason stored under the heading of "Favorites"!  

Hi there,I am trying to work with Premiere Rush on my Surface Book 2 (13,5, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB, i7) and I am really disappointed regarding the rendering performance.For example a 4:35-minute Clip - 4k, taken on Galaxy Note 9 - with a little bit of color and sound work takes over 40 minutes in exporting to 1080p.In other editors, rendering times are around 12 minutes max.Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong? As far as I know, there is no way to force Premiere Rush to use the dedicated GPU, right?Kind regards,ChristianMessage was edited by: Christian Müller

Hello, I have been trying to add a screen video to a Rush project (for an Explainer Videos course) but I keep receiving error messages. I have followed the instructions but just cannot get the video to add. You can see photos of the error messages at my just-started (brief) learning journal. Im not sure why they want us to pay $9.99 a month for export videos. Can someone explain this to me? It doesn't add up to me.

I'm making my first video with Rush to learn how to use it. I'm on an iPad Mini with footage exported from a GoPro 7.Every time I try to export my video, the app exits partway through exporting. I re-imported all of my footage, created an entire new video project from scratch (only about 1:20 long, but it still took a while since I'm learning--I've spent like 3 hours making this stupid video now). The SECOND project also fails exporting partway through and the app exits.Additionally, every time I start it up, it gives me a big red error text at the bottom (thanks for letting me know that I screwed up via big red text even tho I've literally just tried to use the app) saying that my storage is full. I check in settings and it's at 118%. I can't rename either of my projects or unsync. When I select "turn off sync" it gives an error message that says "Turning sync off has failed. Please try again later." How later? When will this work?I've heard good things about this app, but what the he

Do we have an update on when Rush will be available for Android? I've been waiting patiently for it... if there is still a long wait is there a way to request beta access?

Hi there,Yesterday, I was creating a video on Rush and it basically killed my computer. So I got a new one this morning and went back to make the video again, but - this time - the videos are uploading very strangely and it's difficult to work with.That is what the videos look like when I upload them into the program. This wasn't happening yesterday.Any clue as to how to fix this issue?

I haven’t tried to use this software yet. I want to know if I am only able to upload to social media. If I wanted to edit a file, save it as an mp4 and upload it to dropbox, is that something I can use this app for? Does it have export settings?or would it only export as mov file and require me to use an additional program to convert it?

I've not been able to ascertain the difference between Adobe Rush and Adobe Clip. My searches have not proved successful. Can anyone advise or point me to any info?

Is there an option for a soundbite to be captioned automatically in Rush? Or Spark. To be clear, I would like the caption to be in sync with the person on screen who is speaking. Additionally, how do you add  closed captioning as an option?

I have Adobe Rush on my desktop and on my iPad Pro.  I just pulled some new files into a project on the desktop, then gave it a couple of hours to synchronize.  However, when I tap on the same project on my iPad, it says it can't access the project right now.  I've given it all day, and it still can't access the project.  Any suggestions?In general, I'll need to use the desktop to pull video and audio files out of video cameras and portable audio recorders, then use the iPad to sequence them while I'm somewhere else in my spare time (DMV, car repair, etc.).  Then I access the result on the desktop, and if I need something fancier I'll pull it into Premiere Pro and finish it off.Is there anything I can do to facilitate this workflow?
