As some people have stated the new Graphics Panel does not have all the features of the old titling system as see in the video link. I hope Adobe will implement all of them soon because there are some cool things about the new system as well. https://youtu.be/j_88Dqiia94
Before going out on my own I worked for a much larger company with a lot of clout and social media following in the production world anytime we had a problem Adobe would bend over backwards to fix it. Now that it's a smaller team but still the same customers they don't care at all.I have spent countless hours on chat and the phone with them. As the years have gone on the technical capabilities of the individuals on the support side helping don't have the same skill set as in the past. Adobe in general doesn't care in the creative suite as it once did. They are geared towards their enterprise services with the marketing cloud. There is obviously way more money in that type of service than anything the creative realm would ever begin to offer. But at the same time. It's just sad to watch it all slip away. This is obviously just a small problem that only a couple of us our having. But at the same time having dealt with them for years now. I am slowly seeing trends of where things are going
I just lost a project I was working on the entire trail because my trail ran out and I have no way to retrieve it without buying the actual software. I might have bought it before but now, good luck[Moved from the After Effects forum to the Video Lounge since this isn't a troubleshooting or "how-to" question. - moderator]

Hi all, I wonder if there are others in this situation. I've uploaded my Make the Cut entry video to Youtube and Vimeo as they're the two platforms I use to showcase my work, and the official rules stated that we are allowed to upload our entry video for personal portfolio use after the contest period. A couple of days ago I received a takedown notification and had my entry video taken down on Vimeo. I'd like to confirm that I haven't misunderstood the official rules, and was allowed to upload my video to these platforms before I email IFPI to get the claim withdrawn. I've emailed the Make the Cut support team, but I'm not sure if this email address is still active since the contest period has ended and winners have been announced. Thanks for the help.

Wie kann ich Einzelbilder in Video weich überblenden?
Ok so i've stopped my subscription to premiere. Its too expensive for software that's not doing wat it supposes to. i've tried to get answers (or even questions) from adobe but they didn't do anything. so i'm switching to davinci resolve. The latest version is improved a lot, editing wise. and it also syncs sound and video if you shot separate. A thing premiere (supposed to be PRO) doesn't do either...I'm glad i don't have to use Premiere anymore. it was a obligance anyway since the dissapearal of fcp 7, which was way better > i think its crazy premiere pro still isn't able to support a codec that's already two years old again, the XFavc from canon c300 mk2.Any way, i'm using FREE davinci resolve 14 now, and i am much happier now. good luck with premiere you guys

Vielen Dank.
Your Premier Pro has, in my opinion, got the be the worst app ever as far as user friendliness goes. It took longer to download and install than it lived on my PC. It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to navigate to my movie clip and another 20 to add an audio track that, on playback, sound like a scratched up CD for all the skipping it did. The mp3 plays just fine in ALL other apps; it only skips in your software. That ended my affair with your software. Based on those 30 minutes which I can never get back, it would take me 6 years f college just to learn to navigate your bloated software and another 10 to learn what the options do.On a scale of 1 - 10, you rate -100 for annoying and user friendliness and -1000 for simplicity. Why can't you software companies make a video editing software designed for us people who simply want to click and go. We don't need or want a billion options that even most professional users NEVER use.Keep it simple stupid!
Adobe why where you so careless to the contestants? Why did you care more about lead generation then creating a competition that actually cared about your customers and contestants? Why didn't you communicate more effectively the rules and regulation? Why didn't you design a competition that could handle thousands of entries? Why weren't all the 25 finalist videos amazing kick ass videos? How come I'm seeing better videos that didn't make the cut on You tube? Why did you call it an editing competition? How come you did not take down video that where uploaded to youtube with out consent? Please tell me the process you used to judge the videos? How many entries you received. How many "Judges" you had to view the content and pick the 25? Please, I would like to know?
i need someone who can make a intro for free so Can you make a intro for my new channel coming soon called cyclone, so there will be gears spinning then it will show the word cyclone with gears in the background and the letter o in cyclone is a spinning gear too the. It will fade to black with a red flash can you make it for me?
Have you seen the Top 25 "Finalists" of the contest at Adobe - Make the Cut ?No offense to the finalists, but other than maybe 4 or 5 which are decent, the majority are amateurish garbage. Notice that so far most of the videos have more "dislikes" than "likes" (and I don't believe that can be attributed to disgruntled "losers" like me; I am happy to give credit where credit is earned.)It seems pretty clear that Adobe and/or the "judges" did not watch all the entries ... maybe they watched "enough" to find 25 that they felt were good enough. It's not even a matter of taste ... I know (from seeing colleague's entries as well as Youtube posts etc.) that there are dozens of much much better cuts, which any idiot would immediately prefer to this pile.It would be one thing if Adobe said "we can only accept x submissions" but they made rules, which stated that all entries would be viewed, and there is simply no way that this happened. And if this were a "submit a funny photo" contest or someth
With the release of DaVinci Resolve 14 and the full version price drop from $999 to $299, along with Premiere Pro's inability to handle CinemaDNG Feature Request I'm very hard pressed to renew my recently expired subscription.DaVinci Resolve 14 What's New - YouTube DaVinci Resolve 14 Editing - YouTube DaVinci Resolve 14 Color - YouTube I will miss Photoshop, and the familiarity of Premiere Pro. I don't often use the other tools in the box. But the new features in Resolve 14 and it's lower cost make those losses very easy to handle.I bring this up here because competition is good for the consumer. I encourage anyone sticking with Adobe to keep filing those feature requests, because Premiere Pro suddenly has a loooong, uphill battle just to keep up, let alone pull ahead.Feature Request/Bug Report Form

I know that the top 25 finalists will be announced on Monday, May 1, but I'm curious to know if anyone has been contacted so far by Adobe to submit their project file.
Question- I've noticed a lot of people have been sharing their Imagine Dragons contest submissions on Youtube. I'd really like to do the same, but I'm afraid it might result in disqualification. Is it possible for one of the moderators to give a definitive answer on this? Good luck to everyone!-Amy McClung
Hi All! So after a week of nonstop editing, I finally finished my edit for Make The Cut, and I was beyond excited to submit it. Now after almost an hour past submitting it, the upload still has the spinning uploading icon, and it's past midnight, which was the deadline for submission. I'm very worried, as not only do I not want my days of work to go to waste, but I was really looking forward to seeing how my edit stacked up against everyone else's. If I submitted before midnight, will it still go through? And if not, is there a secondary way I can get this to who it needs to go to?Thanks,Josh Miller
So ... it's Friday afternoon. Does anyone know: Have the 25 been chosen? The Rules say "potential winners will be notified..." When is that? Will the 25 finalists be contacted before Sunday's midnight Youtube posting? Or is that the earliest way to know if you've "made the cut"?When will the Grand Prize winner be announced? After the YouTube voting? For the "Fan Favorite" thing -- is there any kind of system where people will have to watch a certain number of entries before voting? If not, it's just basically a social media popularity contest, isn't it?(I emailed the "team" but no response yet.)
Hey'all!I guess some of us are still hanging there, praying hard while experiencing the 'Uploading Issue' problem. It's really superb-dreadful while staring at that yellow button spinning off by its own, hoping that it would upload now,but I tried contacting via email to adobemakethecut@gmail.com - as still there's no luck of getting any swift replies from themas I know the contest has ended. (But hey! My video is still uploading from like 1 hour plus, still no luck - photo attached)I do really hope there's other solutions or secondary solutions that I could submit my video edits.Been through the same hard work as y'all did for this edit and I do really hope my efforts are NOT wasted as well! ;(Do really wish they could extend at least a little bit of time for this submission or could allow email submissions for those whom are experiencing uploading issues, as it's damn hard to catch the submission timing due to it's Eastern Timing from SGTiming anyways.Let's just try updating each othe
I submitted my entry last night after days and nights of heavy work. Fingers crossed.I asked Jason Levine on Twitter (@Beatlejase) how many entries had been submitted ... and at 2PM ET Saturday he said:"Don't have exact number, but at last check it was in the thousands!I find this a bit overwhelming. How exactly are the judges going to watch 100 or more hours of the same song over and over? The rules say "All submitted Entries will be judged by a panel of expert judges (“Judges”) selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion" ... and the blog says "evaluated by a panel of luminary judges, who will select one ultimate winner to receive the $25,000 Grand Prize. Judges include members of the band, Academy Award winner Angus Wall, who edited films like Fight Club and Vinnie Hobbs, a music video editor who works with Kendrick Lamar and Kanye."Does this mean that the 'expert judges' are going to watch ALL thousands of entries? All together? Or will they divide them up?"Thousands" x 3.5 minutes
Hello,I spent a lot of time making the Imagine Dragons video for Make The Cut. I had technical issues, and I could not submit before the deadline. I was wondering if I could send it in to Adobe just for them to look at it. I spent a lot of time on this and believe I used the Adobe Stock footage in a creative way. I would just be excited for them to see it even though I can't compete in the competition. Thanks for your time!Sarah
