Adobe issues after last update

Hi,

We are a company that uses 8 licenses of Adobe DC Pro, and after the last update, we can't make use of the software as we were before.

We use it for PDF merges and splits mostly, but it seems that the RAM fills up pretty quick and it's exporting mainly blank pages as the merge carries on.

 

Is there an update with regards to finding a solution yet?

 

Also, what's the department from where I can discuss license discounts on the back of this fiasco?

Could you please elaborate on the issue you are expeirencing? 

Share the application and OS version.

It would be helpful if you can share the video of the workflow you do and the issue that is occuring at your end. This will help us to investigate this issue.

Hi, please see attached video.

 

It shows all the white images after trying to merge to valid PDF files. The images also flicker when scrolling or clicking.

This is happening across ALL of our stations, and we have 8 users.
