Help with Adobe Acrobat Export PDF error

I am continuing to get the below error - Any advice.  I have stopped all payments as there is no way to contact support except this.  I hope the Adobe support reads this and contacts me on for fixing the issue.

    Hi Vivek,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

     

    Could you please let us know the Acrobat and OS version installed on the machine?

    Did you try removing and reinstalling the application?

    If not, please try removing the application and run the cleaner tool from here: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

    Reboot the machine and reinstall the application from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html.

     

    If that doesn't help, let us know.
