I upgraded my macbook pro OS to Big Sur, after this I started the installaiton of Adobe Reader 11.0.10  the isntallation has been running for few hour and not completing . I forced quit the installation and when I click on Shut Down the installer launches again and machine does not shut down. I have force quit the installer and tried Restart option but that also does not work. I have tried shutdown by long press of power button but each time the installer restart the momment shutdown/restart is attempted 

My problem is that I tried to, through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, replace and save a file as the app/software suggested. However, the replacement did not work and I lost both documents. How can I recover my documents when my time machine on mac is not working

HiI am using large pdf files such as construction drawings and when I use ctrl+L for full screen view, there is a lag where the screen get black for a fraction of second up to two seconds depending of the numbers of files openend in Acrobat Reader. This is very annoying since I am constantly navigating from file to file with this hotkey. I tried differents computers and I noticed some improvements with newer computers but not significant enough.Now I would like to know what computer hardware is recommended to improve this (cpu, gpu, ram, ssd, etc.). Maybe the new Ryzen 5000 chips cpu apparently outperforming Intel cpu?thanksAlex

Newest version of AcrobatReader working from home. Have PDFs with embedded links to other docs. The links show as links however when I click them, it takes me to the top of the page and refused to open the links. I've even tried to open in Edge/Firefox with same issue. Help?

Often, to save paper, I print directly to a .pdf file.  Lately, my computer? Microsoft? Adobe? doesn't remember where that folder is.  It keeps bringing me to a default folder in Documents or the C:drive or wherever.  It is a nuisance to have to keep rebrowsing to the folder on my portable hard drive. Is there a way to fix this?  Used to work.

Why do I have to sign in EVERY time I open a .pdf?

My reader is always crashing when I try do locate (CTRL + F) some words on the text. I've already uninstalled and installed it, but it keeps crashing. What could be the cause? 

I have problems with saving my pdf's for a few days. I press the save button, the screen comes up and starts to rotate, but nothing is loading. How can we solve this? I need help

Hello. I was hoping for some help with an issue I'm  having. I've been PDFing drawings from Autocad and at one point a person reviewing my drawings was able to use the measuring tool and see the correct dimension, that corresponded with the dimensions show. Since the first time I sent drawings, I have updated my version of Autocad, aquired a new work computer and updated my version of Adobe to Pro. For some reason, the person reviewing is unable to see the dimensions in the same way they were able to previously. Has anyone else run into this, and have an resolution?

Ich habe Adobe Reader DC und kann man eigentlich gleichzeitig in Datei drucken und als Bild drucken aktivieren?Wenn ich das mache dann wird nur auf Drucker gedruckt aber es erfolgt keine Abfrage nach Dateinamen. Also wird auch keine Datei erzeugt. Weiss jemand warum? Gruß

Hi Team, I am using Adobe Reader DC 2019 Version, i have concern with Adobe Print Review right side Page Size. I have selected Letter Size in Page Setup and for selected Printer Setting and Preferences but still in Print Preview it shows different size. From where  Print Preview refer page Size ? Thanks

This is probably a windows problem but I was hoping someone could tell me where to look to fix this. Using Adobe dc 20066, 0365 64bit. Windows 10 1909 64bit.  Things I've done: upgraded from 20064 to 20066, ran office repair, deleted customers profile and recreated it.

Hello,When i select multiple pdfs from window enviornmet and opens them together they seem to line up in the tabs in random order, minor thing really, but still a bit anoying. Is there a fix/easy solution to this? Other then open each pdf-file seperate. /Staffan

I can open certain Adobe files when I have saved those files on the desktop. When I try to organize the files in to certains folders I suddenly can not open the files any longer. What could be the reason?

My customers are getting upgraded to 20064, when they open a portfolio it is blank until they go to view portfolio coversheet. My version is 20048 and their files open up with the first page with my version. Currently I am downgrading their versions but eventually the new one just comes back. Is there a fix for this?

I am trying to send a pdf with a page I had to sign back to the one who sent it to me. I updated adobe but still can't do it. The email option that was there before the update is now gone and I keep getting a message that it can't be done right now every time I try to create a link. How do I use adobe to send this file back?Or if I can't, how can I get a copy outside of adobe to email back?

I cannot login to the account . I am currently using Adobe and I have alot of file I want to be uploaded to the cloud.

I cannot print my PDF's (sewing patterns) in color, only black and white. I have a 1 year old HP All in One office jet printer. Only my PDF's do not print in color. Please help, I've tried everything I can think of. Thanks!
