Questions

I'm having trouble opening pdf files. Some open normally and others only a black square appears. Reinstallation did not help. 

I noticed an issue that cuases Outlook to freeze when using the send mail feature in Adobe. It set to send a mail throuh my defualt mail application which is outlook. The sends but when I try switch folders in outlook it freezes untill exit the Adobe application. I have tried Updating, Repairing and unistalling /Reinstalling the application. Does anyone know what can cuase this issue and if it is fixable.

I've re-install it twice  but it still freezes.The Task manager shows very high power usage by the readerpls hlpthe machine is fine, runnung heavier apps with no problems

Only difference, I don't see any dependency with admin rights or not. It doens't help ...- repair installation- disable Enhanced Security- activate the preview functionality in the settings (at DC only available)- Acrobat cleaner tool , reboot and new install the newest Adobe Reader DC What works:- using Sumatra PDF Viewer- using Tracker Software PDF Tools If I take a detail view with the Process Monitor, I can see the execution of two AcroRD32.exe processes and they stop after 2 seconds. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance and kind regardsKai

Good evening everyoneI have a question about FileOpen Plugin. I received an encrypted document from a friend of mine which can be read with the FileOpen software because it had some problems installing. I downloaded and installed this program on my pc (windows) and now I can read the pdf correctly. With a little patience I installed the same program on my friend PC (max) because he needed to read the pdf on his pc. Unfortunately there is some problem with the user. When I tried to open it, a window pops up saying the file has been admitted to another user or something similar. Is it possible to solve this type of problem? If possible, I would like to remove my privileges on this file and let a friend of mine open and read this document without any problems.Thanks in advance and look forward to your kind reply. Alessandro

hey,my PDF files disconnect after few seconds i open them.what could be the problem?

I have searched the forum and did not find where a solution was provided for this error so I am going for it again.I have a fresh machine running win 10, 8GB of RAM, and a new install of acrobat DC.the first PDF I am needing to open is 29 pages, it gets to page 4 before it says "out of memory" and does not show any more of the content, it will continue to scroll through the blank pages. it will open smaller files ok, it seems to be related to size but my machine has plenty of memory and HD space.thank you in advance, I am held up on a project due to this.

I am trying to make a PDF where I need to two things to happen-for context it is a symptom screening tool. I needs to have the ability to checkmark a response and I would like it to tabulate a total score.   For sample there is a question posed and 4 answers to pick from; the answers are add to the over all score on the screen tool.  I hope this question makes sense  

I am trying to print on to tabloid size paper. The page setup and size is set to 17x11, but when I go to print, my printer errors and says the paper size is smaller. Another coworker of mine can print fine and the printer does not error. He fixed it through Adobe printing properties but could not remember how he did it. 

I am using a Mac OS 10.15.7, Brother HL-L6300DW, and Adobe Reader to print. When printing documents, the top of the page is cutoff. Any tips?

My acrobat closes when I enter the digital signature pin, and when I reopen the document I get "invalid signature". Any suggestion or solution that you can give me.

HI, In one of our windows applications, we receive a pdf file from mainframe to windows via SFTP. After we receive the PDF, we were able to open the file in browsers like Edge, Chrome etc., but we were not able to open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2020.009.20074. It says "a file I/O error has occurred". Could you please let me know what could be the issue and what needs to be done to fix it. Thanks. 

I have a PDF with text in TrueType fonts. I am not able to convert it into Word Doc or Text. Or use Read Aloud option. Is there any way to convert the file with normal font like Ariel, Times New Roman, etc., ?

Right now the max PDFs that I can have opened without having to scroll left or right on the top PDF tab bar is 9 PDFs. I would love and really need to have 12 PDFs opened without having to scroll. Is there a way to "zoom out" to make the PDF tabs smaller to fit more?  I've seen others that I work with who can fit several more than me. Hi Guys, I have a PDF file that is 2mb (20 pages). I only need pages 1-10 of the Document. I print it to PDF pages 1-10. The result is a file that is 12-14mb. Any idea why it is doing this? It has previously decreased the size of the document to 1 mb.

I have a fillable PDF form and when I have completed this form, I would like to save it. I would like for the form to already have a new name applied to it from the fillable text fields I just completed. Is this possible?So, if the file name I received was called "fillable_form.pdf" and once I completed filling in the form and want to save it, the name of the form could change to "myname_hrform.pdf" without me manually changing it.make sense?

Hi All, We have a user who had the Creative Cloud suite and part of that has access to Adobe DC - using version: 20.12.20048 As of yesterday, when they try and open Acrobat DC it just doesn't load and nothing happens. No Splash screen, no error, no safe-mode, etc. I've tried running this as an administrator. We've ran a repair and modify on this... I've removed the Adobe Reader install, as they were the same version and just to keep things simple. Event Viewer gives little information, states an error. the faulting module is unkown and no error is really provided, just the application path, which points to Acrobat.exe The last resort for the time being would be a clean install, but wondering if there's any other work arounds or solutions, as the user in question doesn't have the greatest of internet currently and i'm not 100% certain a clean install will fix this. All other adobe Creative Cloud products work perfectly fine, that i know of.. I have just downloaded Acrobat on the IPAD. I am importing a PDF from google drive, after import the cover, 1st page is showing up but the other 44 pages are blank. Does anyone have any advice or things to try ? Thanks,  

Need to rotate an image on a CD so I can read it better.

When downloading pdf file, it used to display the pdf automatically (Safari Catalina) but now i have to double click the file in the download icon.
