whenever I try to fill on pdf pages with hyperlinks on the pdf it will show the above message and I cannot get rid of it by restarting the application and anything. I have seen this error message for about half a year ago and now I confirm it is caused by hyperlinks on the pdf files. Please fix it as soon as possible.

I installed reader about an hour ago and have already uninstalled it. I needed it to open a document I need for a business and could not. There was no help available and the chat feature was useless. Is opening and  reading documents not available in the free version? 

Hi all, I have a pdf form in the reader and i would like to submit data from fields to another web application.So I have a submit form button with "http://192.168.0.112/testpdf.asp" for link to html or XFDF format.The problem is that the HTML works only in the reader and not in acrobat pro preview and in a pdf browser preview. All the other formats do not work even in the reader Thank you in advance 

Adobe software title and version (Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, version 20.12.20048.400142)Operating system (Windows 10 pro, i5-10300H, 8GB RAM, GTX 1650 Ti)Issue happens when I installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader and once I click on any file, it will run through Licensing or agreements for the first time, after that, it goes into the file itself. Then if I close the file and go back to file explorer, whenever I click a PDF file, my cursor will lag as shown in the video below. I exported a document from InDesign to Acrobat. I then used Acrobat and did Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Commenting and Measuring. But when I open the document in Reader DC, I still can't find any commenting tools except for the sticky note and highlighter. There's a Document Extensions note that says "You can add comments and markups to this document," but I can't find any way to do that. I've looked through all the menu options...what am I missing...??Please don't point out that I can mark up a document using Acrobat; I know that. I'm trying to create a "How-to" document for users who only have Reader. I know it used to be possible for users with Reader to comment in a PDF, but I don't see that anymore.

Hello,i've used to save as PDF some HTML pages, and from now, the display of the PDF rendering as changed. It was working fine with bootstrap pages, but now, the display is always as "mobile resolution rendering", and not in function of the actual resolution.See that page for example : and see what it looks like after a save as PDF : PDF rendering is now by default as a mobile resolution... not respecting the bootstrap grid...Tested on Firefox and Chrome browsers and the last Adobe Acrobat 20.0 version Thanks for your help

Hello,I drew a plan on illustrator and when saving it as a PDF for my presentation, its display quality changes quality. The line weight isn't as flattering as it originally shows on illustraor, it appears much thicker in PDF which I don't want. This problem doesn't occur with some of my previous drawings. Would anyone be able to help me with please? I have an important midterm presentation in a week and I must fix. Thank you very much! Best,   

I am constantly getting asked to login to my Adobe account almost every time I open up Acrobat Reader. It's really getting annoying, especially since I use a password manager that, of course, only autofills on websites. So I have to constantly open that program, copy my password, and paste it in almost every time I use Acrobat Reader. I have a CC subscription and don't have this issue with any other Adobe program I'm using. Only Reader. How do I save the credentials so I don't have to do this so often? I'm on macOS.

Hi, I created a PDF (MAC Acrobat DC Pro) with MP4 link on the icon. I gave the file (PDF & MP4) to my friend and he only has Acrobat Reader. When he click the icon link to play MP4, it says Could not open the file 'Test 1a.mp4'Any idea why it won't play MP4? Thank you in advance.

A company sent us a pdf document and forgot the password to open the document. We are trying to retieve the password as company policy is that they cannot resubmit the document as it contains financial data.How can we retrieve the password.

Hi, I have a Adobe Javascript silent printing code embed into pdf and when I am trying to open that pdf through application in the browser the adobe reader is not struck and displaying the below error Error Msg:There is a problem with Adobe/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (0:521) Note: I have tried all possible solutions listed in the adobe forum but nothing worked.   

I have Acrobat DC (20.012.2004*) and have purchased the subscription which enables me to convert pdf files to Word.  This has always worked, and whilst it is allowing me to convert a document, whenever I try and download the converted document it fails with "Download failed " and no error message (not very helpful).  It doesn't matter where I try and save it, |I get the same error, and I also get the error when I try and convert a pdf that I was able to successfully convert and download the other day.  I've restarted my PC etc but to no avail.  Any suggestions?

I have a Lawpack CD containing template forms, it is an old CD but I have always been able to run the autorun program. Now when I put the CD in, Windows asks me what I want to do and I click on Run acrord32.exe. I get a Adobe splash screen showing files loading, then it just stops. I go to my computer, go to the CD, explore and click on the forms folder. When I try to open any of the many forms listed it states that they are corupted. Any help would be appreciated.

I scanned a document as a PDF file.  When I open it, the file is there, but so is the tool bar and menu bar.  How can I save and open the file so that only the file appears? Thank you.

We are able to view Japanese fonts within the application, but after generating it as a PDF, it shows as #. We are using Adobe DC Reader version 20.X We have tried installing Asina language font pack version 19.x, but still, the issue persists.  any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I do not have an Advanced button on my Print menu and so I am unable to Print as Image which I sometimes need. I am using a macOS 10.13.6 and I have the latest version of Acrobat Reader. Despite checking online and doing everything suggested there is definitely no Advanced button to be found.

adobe acrobat reader dcの注釈を書いていたのですが保存せずに閉じてしまいました。復元の方法を教えてください。

I have a PDF file which is a contract, so it has been edited by multiple parties prior to my receiving it.  It has both physical signatures and digital signatures. If I open the file in Adobe Acrobat (reader and full pro version) I can't see the physical signature, just the digital.  If I view in Chrome I see all the signatures. I am guessing it is an issue with the layers not all being displayed,  but I tried going to >View > Show Hide > Navigation Pane and toggling layers on and off; toggling signatures on and off, etc, to no avail. I have attempted on multiple PC's and multiple versions of Acrobat.  Since this is a shared document I need it to defaust to the correct display. I'm not sure if this is related, but when the document is opened it attempts to auto print itself.
