Under Printers & Scanners, I open the Adobe PDF Printing Preferences. I uncheck Rely on system fonts only. I save the changes. It prints a few emails correctly and at some time later I get the error that it can't find required fonts. I open the Preferences aind Rely on system fonts only is checked again.

A lot of posts for this error but still no resolution!Latest, on June 23, 2021 AnandSri and MeenakshiNegi posted that there was an update released for Acrobat and Reader DC (version 21.005.20054) that addresses this issue [Solved: Adobe Reader Error 10:10 (IE 11) - Adobe Support Community - 12104919]I now have vesion 21.005.20060 and still the same issue. The files are perfectly accessible with other tools like Microsoft Edge browser or iOS Acrobat Reader on iPhone (here only "Liquid Mode" has a problem).Sorry, if I missed some newer updates for this problem... Would be very happy for help!

Hello everyone. I have had an Adobe DC subscription for years. Since yesterday, every time I want to fill out a form for a PDF document, the field to fill out is blocked and does not allow me to write in it. For work, I need to draw up contracts, fill out official forms, etc., so I need to know what is happening and how I can fix it. Sample attached. Thank you so much!

1. Adobe print slow, open with browser print ok.  2. Open pdf file and close immediately will cause pc to hang awhile.

Hi, I would like to put the certificates tools permanently to the RHP, but it simply don't work to me. I have read the documentation about the "Tools customization" but that did not help. My Adobe Reader version is 2023.008.20555 x64 hungarian:I don't have the "remove shortcut" option shown in the docs (neither have an add shortcut option).I tried the registry way to add the tool at the toolbar, but that did not help and after I close the Adobe Reader, my registry entry simply disappears from the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\AcroApp\cFavorites" key. If I understands correctly, I should put here a REG_SZ type entry with the name a2 (I have now a0 and a1 only after disabled the tools behind paywall) with the value of "CertificatesApp". And I have to put under the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cAcroApp" key a REG_DWORD entry with the name "bDisableAcrobatShortcutCustomization" and value of 1.It doesn'

adobe acrobat reader could not open pdf file because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged ( for example, it was send as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)

Hello!  I'm having an issue where I have a spreadsheet-like PDF document, whose numbers change when I highlight them.  The people I'm getting the document from say that no one else is having this happen, but it's happening to me on multiple computers.  How can I fix this?   Dan Jablons [P.I Removed by Moderator]

on Mac, I can hold CMD + Mouse wheel when I want to scroll faster. But I think this might be a bug, that the document will only scroll down, regardless if the wheel is scrolling up or down. Please either explain why this is like this, or fix it. thanks

We use Reader for proofing markup of our InDesign projects. After the August 8, 2023 update to Reader, the way the markup tools work changed significantly in a bad way.   The biggest example is that we used to be able to highlight text and start typing, and it would create a “replace text” comment automatically. Now we have to click through a sidebar menu drop-down, select the replace text tool, then highlight, then type.   This and some of the other changes are turning out to be a huge time sink.   Is there a way to downgrade or get the old behavior back?

Good morning,I work as IT support in a company. Our office suite is Office365. For some time we have noticed for some users an inconvenience in using Adobe Reader when inserting a PDF document into Outlook. In fact, the document is correctly inserted in the email, but an Adobe Reader download link still appears in the body of the email page, which hinders our users' production (see the screenshot).Is there a way to ensure that when inserting the PDF document into an Outlook email, the body of the email page is empty? We carried out various actions to resolve this inconvenience which proved unsuccessful:- search for a solution on the internet- checking Outlook standard and advanced options- checking Adobe Reader preferences without finding an option to delete the message- MS Office365 repair- Outlook sets as default- Uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader- Windows image check- Repair of system files Thanks for your helpSincerely,PR  

Hi, Adobe has made a new look for Acrobat. And now I need the undo button on the Ribbon. The only way I can is ctrl+z (but it is a touch screen I have without a keyboard.) and On the menu: Menu > Undo, redo & more > Undo.   Please help me to get the button back in the new Adobe look.

I was just playing a game, and it crashed.  Starting up Process Explorer, the Adobe Updater process was running.  This is not the first time the update process has crashed my games.  Look, I want it to check for updates ONCE per day, and I want that to happen at boot-up, not two hours or more later.  I do not use any cloud functions, ever. There is no way to schedule updates in the pull-down menus.  I'm tired of Acrobat Reader stealing the focus during updates and crashing my games.  I've had to contact support about that in the past, and it appears that it's snuck back in the program again.  So, how do I set Acrobat Reader to update only once per day, on startup?   Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what happened, but the colors to highlight have changed. I use my iPad and the yellows were always bright as well as the greens. Now, the yellow is a faded shade and the green as well. I've tried to move the slider to darken the colors, but it doesn't work. Also, I used to just double tap weith my pencil to get my tookls on top, now the tools are on the left. Anyone habe any ideas or how I can get the colors back or everything back to the way it was?

I have never bought it and one day it popped up as I was printing a PDF doc. It blocked me for printing. Today tried a new pdf to print hit the printer button and up came the AI circle and it just stays there and I can't print.   David

Seit dem Update am 12.4.2024 tritt beim Schliessen die Fehlermeldung auf:   "Adobe Acrobat Reader funktioniert nicht mehr   Das Programm wird auf Grrund eines Problems nicht richtig ausgeführt. Das Prog. wird geschlossen und Sie werden benachrichtigt, wenn eine Lösung verfügbar ist."   Lässt sich im Eventlog nachvollziehe, dass der Fehler seit dem Update ist. Tritt bei zwei Kunden auf, daher eher System unabhängig. Umgebung jeweils Terminal Serrver 2024, aktuellste Updates. Aktuellste Version Acrobat Reader.    Hat jemand das gleiche Problem bzw. eine Lösung?
