It seems that Acrobat Reader DC free delibrately showing error

Question

OS: Windows 10 version 2004 (20H2)(Japanese) updated.

Hi, in my previous post Adobe Acrobat Reader Dc Version 2021.001.20135, PDF thumbnails disappreared was asking help and followed the guidance.

Thumbnail disappeared

But when I reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader Dc it started showing

A font package is required refer screen shots below. Extended Asian Language Font

is already installed. Here is the link from where I got the language pack.

I have spent all of my day to solve the problem and I found it difficult to download Adobe Acrobat Reader Dc in Japanese. I found it difficult to get the latest Asian Language Font package therefore I got to install form the available sources.

Also when I open PDF document and in the language I got this. Is it ok?

In past I easily changed languages from Japanese----->English but now it is difficult.

Is there any solution to solve this error message of "A font package is required?"

If there is any new Asian language font package please provide URL link.

I have solved the problem. Actually the update was the culprit.Finally I have found the proper Acrobat Reader DC installer in Japanese and after that everything went to normal.
