PDF Presenter View

More and more people export their presentations as PDFs, which guarantees their slides will stay exact same across multiple platforms. The only problem for the AV people running events is that Acrobat doesn't have a Presenter View like PowerPoint. Why does that matter? Because you cannot run the presentation on the extended desktop without manually dragging the window over to the extended desktop - then if something goes wrong you have to switch to another computer, drag the window back, fix the problem, drag the window back again, switch back to the main computer - it's just really messy and not really suitable for live events. Will there be any point of time when Adobe will create Presenter View for PDFs? It would help greatly and I'm sure even more people will be using PDF's for live presentations.
