Questions regarding one-time license and monthly subscription

Hello,

 

We are currently planning to get Adobe Standard for some of our desktop users and would like to have some elaboration on the two licensing methods.

 

1. For one-time licenses, are they transferrable from one PC to another? Meaning, if we are to replace a desktop unit, could that license be reused?

 

2. For monthly subscription, does it have to be tied to a specific email? Let's say if a user leaves the company, could we transfer the subscription to a new user with a different email?

    1. For one-time licenses, are they transferrable from one PC to another? Meaning, if we are to replace a desktop unit, could that license be reused?

     

    Yes, you can install your license on another PC if you switch to a new one. Just make sure that you have disabled the license on the existing computer. 

     

     

    2. For monthly subscription, does it have to be tied to a specific email? Let's say if a user leaves the company, could we transfer the subscription to a new user with a different email?

     

    Subscription is tied to a specific email address. One account can be used on two machines as long as they have not been used simultaneously. 

    Subscriptions are not transferable. Like in your case, if an employee will leave the company, then you need to get that account canceled and buy it on another email address.

    For some of our desktop users, we are currently considering purchasing Adobe Standard, therefore we would appreciate any clarification on the two licence options.

     

    1. Can one-time licences be moved from one PC to another after they are purchased? In other words, might that licence be used again if a desktop unit needs to be replaced?

    2. Must a monthly subscription be linked to a certain email address? Could we transfer the subscription to a new member with a different email address if, for example, a user leaves the company?

    We want more information on the two licencing alternatives because we intend to purchase Adobe Standard for certain of our desktop users.
