Question

Unable to access Image links on PDFs

Hi,

After creating an HTML Page, I usually view it in Opera and then save it as PDF.  Usually, when there is a link to an image, you are able to go to that link, when you click the Image.  Since the last two days suddenly that is not happening.  Usually when you mouse over the image you get a hand symbol, now I get a Cross Symbol.

There is no issue with the HTML Codes since PDF which was made earlier and working fine, are not working now.  When you browse the Page in Opera, you can use the link properly.

Any idea what is happening?

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hi,

What are the steps you are using to create the HTML page?

What version of Adobe Acrobat are you using? What operating system are you running in that computer?

Have you defaulted Adobe Acrobat to have the PDF handling /viewing ownership in that computer?

Have you also defaulted Opera as the main browser in Adobe Acrobat?

    Hi,

The HTML Page is a simple one and works fine as in HTML.  It is only when I 'Save As PDF' that I have an issue.

None of your other questions is relevant since I am saving the same from Opera directly.

    Regards

    Shamir

Ok then, since my other questions have no relevance to you, then I think you should resolve this issue with the creator of the HTML page and ask them if they disable righ-clicking options to avoid users downloading art with copyrights (but that is just a quick guess) and second you should go to an Opera user forum and asks your questions there. I don't see the relevance in someone posting a question related to Opera web browser in Adobe Acrobat user forum
