Unable to save the PDF- Acrobat Reader
Recently i keep encountering this problem where i try to save a pdf and the save box does not load. it keeps staying gray, looking like it's loading, but nothing ever happens. how do i fix that?

The moment you select "Save" or "Save As" is it trying to save the document to the online storage or the next screen doesn't come up at all?
Please confirm that and if possible do share the screenshot of the screen, when you click save.
You may check some setting recommended in the related thread "save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.
where quite similar issue has been addressed and resolved.
