where can i download the Chinese characters package Font update?

Dear helper:

I used the Acrobat Reader DC  Ver. 2015.017.20053, that i can't see the file from China Local TAX Bureau with Chinese characters.

you can see the prompt as below pic.  so should i download the font package that will working?  thanks.

could you give me some suggestion?  thank a lot.

    Please help, I have the same situation, but when I click OK, and successful download and install the extension package language, I still cannot open the Chinese file. My adobe reader is 20.00620034
