Question

Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall application

This is the error message I get when trying to launch Acrobat.  My other Apps launch fine and were installed at the same time I installed Acrobat.

 

 

System:

 

Things I have tried:

Uninstalling and re-installing from App Manager

Uninstalling and re-installing from Adobe Website

 

This seems to be a known issue with not a lot of resolution.  How can I fix this?

    Hi There!

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble caused and thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps performed at your end. 

    I believe you have removed the application from app manager by putting to the trash? You may run this cleaner tool to remove the application and its left overs. https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html?22 

    Download the application directly through Adobe site, rather than downloading it from CC desktop app: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html

    I followed your steps above with the same results. Still stating

     

    Any other suggestions on what I can try.

    Upgrading to the latest iOS (Catalina) seemed to solve the problem.
