Hi  I'm having problems since getting my new iPhone 14pro max, when loading a saved file to edit its not loading the image, currently running the lastest OS on Apple. I've check the app on my iPhone 10 pro max which is working perfectly fine. iSO 16.0.3  Thanks Nigel

The images smooth fine in capture. But when I open the image on pc I get jagged lines. This has never been a issue before. I can not figure out how to preserve what I see on adobe capture. This never was a issue in the past. Can someone please help me?

Can I turn my device on its side when using Adobe Capture?

Hey 🙂   Ich benutzte Capture echt ultra gerne und sehe so viel Potenzial in der App! Ich dachte ich lass euch mal meine Wünsche wissen für Capture, hoffe ihr lest das auch:)   Materialien: Würde mir folgendes gerne wünschen: Wesentlich verbesserte Funktion Materialien zu erstellen. Mir fehlt dass man keine Normal Maps bzw Displacement Maps erstellen kann. Hinzu wäre es echt ultra geil wenn man die Maps viel besser bearbeiten kann und zuschneiden kann, damit die Base Textur nicht einfach nur ein Foto ist, sondern auch gut genutzt werden kann als Textur bspw ohne an den Edges sich zu wiederholen oder die gleiche Helligkeit hat. Und als letztes wäre es mega wenn man die entstandenen Texturen alle einzeln rausspeichern kann in mindestens 4K.   Muster:  Würde es cool finden wenn man das Foto schon im Editor drehen und skalieren kann, nicht erst als letzten Schritt. Export als 4K wäre auch toll.    

It becomes inconveniencing when i want to continue designing my pdf in Adobe Express and the app has no option for me. 

I cannot access files my iPad Air 5. I can still access them from my older iPad. Any thoughts on why that is occurring?

There are beginner tutorials for adobe capture?

I've been playing with the new material capture aspect of Adobe Capture and am really liking it a lot.  However, so far I can only import the materials to Adobe Dimension or Photoshop.  And a set designer the programs are not powerful enough to fulfill my rendering needs.  Is there any way to export the Adobe materials into other formats or break them out into maps, like normals and textures?Thank you!

Adobe Capture on my iphone 12MaxPro is not syncing with my Creative Cloud libraries. I use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop libraries on my 2019 Mac Book Pro which are synced to CC. I have tried everything suggested in the forum here with no luck.Is there any way to check the Adobe Capture password to make sure that I am using a correct account. The app does say that it is synced.I am super frustrated. I was really looking forward to using this app.Thank youPhyllis

Hi,I have the same problem like many people here. I have the color libraries in my Adobe app (InDesign, Photoshop etc.) on my desktop (MacBook Pro). But, I see the library on Creative Cloud app on Mac, iPhone, iPad. Thats OK. In app Capture I see only one library, in another library I see only name of the library, but nothing in. I reset my devices many times, I log off / log in many times, i uninstal Capture from iPad / iPhone many times. And the problem still exist. When i make some new library in desktop app, its OK on desktop app. But on the iPad / iPhone in CaptureI see only new folder with new library, but nothing is in. 0 colors. Thank you for your resultOndra (from Prague) PS: some pict in attachment

When do you think this will be an option? I adore using my art in creating by CC brushes with Capture, and they are fabulous to use in Adobe Sketch - but would love the option to bring in my own brushes into Procreate - xox Leah

Adobe - please correct for the strong preference in Capture to grab all the reds, oranges, and beige over blue, green, grey and sample for variety. Example was equal parts grey-blue, with dark blue and cream flecks, linen, and orange (with minute shadow, apparently burgundy).  

 How can I use the app via my mobile camera to confirm an object's RAL code? 

Having a hand made look wood cut filter. Or engraved look filter.  Having fabric layout designs that could be vectorised and different choices like half drop, ogee layout, etc...

 Look at this pattern tile, I used 'Create from image > Pattern tool' from Library panel to create this image. I am having this issue, the mirrored image is not correctly aligned. So it is unable to create a perfect Kaleidoscopic image. I have tried this in oldest to newest version of photoshop, but got the same result, the problem remians. Is there any solution ?  Phtoshop Version: Photoshop 2022OS: Windows 11

I want to choose a type in other language then English.. how do I change the preferences? It's only recognise the English alphabet 

Would be good to add a feature where you can share the same library "Live" across different devices signed in with the same account.  Rather than use a link to copy.

Hey,Ive been looking around in the forum and it seems to be a recurrent issue... every time I try to save something in Adobe Capture it crashes... I don't know what to do anymore...

Trying to open Adobe Capture this morning and it crashes as soon as it opens. I've tried restarting my phone, but no luck. The app was working last night, so wondering what might have happened. Any help with a solution would be appreciated!

Adobe Capture just won't load on my iPhone 11 Pro, Running iOS 15.5 which is the latest update as of today (17th May 2022). I've tried all the usual tricks like checking for updates and switching on and off my device etc. but still no joy! This being said it didn't work on the previous iOS platform before updating. For the last couple of weeks the app has been jumping and flickering whilst in use, today it just crashes every time I try and load the app. I have to say I have gotten really used to using this app in my workflow and not being able to access it is really frustrating. Any chance there will be a fix for the issue any time soon? I would really appreciate an update as to what is happening here. Many thanks in advance.

And today adobe capture opens and closes, I can't use it, I'm so tired of this company, my god, every day it gets worse, they remove apps that people use, they add apps that nobody uses, now capture fails, what's the most simple that exists, work a little guys, for something we pay you.

Everytime I try to open it, the app crashes. Any solutions? I'm on an iPhone 13 iOs 15.4.1.
