I was planning to use the 7 day trial available and somehow got premium by accident. This would be a serious waste of money if I cannot reverse this or get my money back. How do I reverse my purchase or at least get my money back?

Hi @xiaobing28565727lc37,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile billing.

To help you understand, the 7-day free trial is a Premium subscription. If you are not willing to switch to a full premium subscription for the entire year, you are free to cancel within the first 7 days of the trial and any money if deducted, would be returned to the source.

Hope this clarifies your doubt.
