A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased.
For Annual Subscriptions
If you purchased an annual subscription to Acrobat Premium, you get a 7-day free trial. You are not billed during the 7-day free trial period.
You receive an email when your trial is about to end. You must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
At the end of your free trial period, you are automatically charged for the amount in your subscription terms.
You are eligible for a full refund from the App Store. You can cancel your subscription and get a refund.
You can be eligible for a full refund; however, for purchases made directly through App Store or iTunes Store, the point of contact should be the store support.
You are not eligible for a full refund. You may be charged a cancellation fee based on when you are canceling and what is your pay cycle. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.
For Monthly Subscriptions
No refund is available. Your service continues until the end of your subscription period.
You are eligible for a full refund from the App store. You can cancel your subscription and get a refund.

How to cancel a subscription?
If you do not want to continue with an Acrobat Reader subscription, you can cancel it from the store where it was purchased.
You should receive a cancellation email once you successfully cancel a subscription.
