Boa noite, não consigo usar o app para edições de pdf, o app não reconhece a minha conta premium, eu já tentei de todas as formar e não consigo. Quando clico em restaurar comprar dá um erro e não completa a atualização.

preciso usar urgentemente

Sorry for the delayed response, It could happen because of signing in with a wrong email when you purchased the Premium iOS subscription with a different ID and signed in into Reader mobile with a different one.
