Cancel plan and want refund

Hello, I subscribed to a free trial and forgot to cancel it, when the time that I want to cancel it there is no cancellation option in my account. Yesterday I was billed for the monthly subscription. Can I request a refund for this?

@vansh_1865 Becuase this post was done in th Acrobat Reader Mobile, it is very likely that you downloaded the app either in the Apple or Google store, a third-party. Because of that, you need to contact them directly. Adobe doesn't have access to your 'accounts' or 'billing access,' your account is managed by them, and their specific subscription and cancellation terms apply.  

Before you proceed, here’s what you need to know about refunds:

  • If you cancel within 14 days of your original purchase, you’ll get a full refund.
  • If you cancel after 14 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be given. For full details, please review our Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy.
