@marconiza_9218 aaahhh, this looks like you bought this on your mobile device. Unfortunately, when you buy an Adobe app through a mobile device (like via the App Store or Google Play), the billing and subscription are handled directly by Apple or Google. Adobe doesn’t have access to those payment systems or account details.
