POR FAVOR PODERIA CANCELAR A ASSINATURA QUE NAO USO MAIS ESTA CADASTRADA NO E-MAIL DA EMPRESA QUE SAI desde o dia 26/09/2025 cancelei porém até hj está vindo descontando.

@pricila_7504 unfortunately, you need to cancel the subscription yourself. Because this post is from Acrobat Reader Mobile, this would mean you may have made the purchase on your mobile device may it be Google Play Store or Apple App store, you need to contact thm directly. Adobe does not have access to your accounts and billings anyways!

Here’s how to cancel based on your subscription type:

On Android: Use our automated cancellation form to submit your request. It only takes a few moments.
On iOS (iPhone or iPad): To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions outlined in the help article.

For example, on my Google Pixel 8:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Google Pixel 8. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" from the menu that appears. Tap "Subscriptions" to view a list of all your active subscriptions. Select the Adobe Acrobat subscription from the list. Tap "Cancel subscription". Follow the on-screen instructions and select a reason for cancellation to complete the process. 


On my Pixel, I even went to Acrobat Reader Mobile:

Tap the profile icon (top-right corner). Tap "Subscriptions". Tap "Manage subscriptions", which will open the Google Play Store subscription page. Follow the on-screen prompts in the Play Store to cancel the subscription.
